Who is NOT Grinding for Griffey?

With all the other endgame outfielders he isn't really a necessity but he was always one of my favorite players so I unlocked him, I just skipped the finest voucher. With all the stubs and free packs the game throws at you he wasn't very hard to get. I totally get why people would just want to sell their collection cards and just buy the guys they really want tho.

Griffey has the most disgusting glitchy swing as a lefty bat in the game, totally worth it imo

The only time Super Trout WASN’T the last card released in the game cycle was last year. Once 99 Trout is unleashed, it’ll be all but confirmed 21 has ended.

He does, as does Ohtani. I don't see either one of them getting another card.
No, I don’t know why they would. They are both good cards. What more do people want from them?

Stopped at Foxx. He fits perfectly in my Old Guys theme team. I am an offline only old curmudgeon and I didn’t bother with DD for the first half of the season (burned out from doing and collecting everything in ‘21) so I am short on a couple collections. I likely won’t get Kershaw or Jr but I have everything else that I want anyway. DD sucked me in again this year in the end with all the content! LOL.

Was pleasantly surprised how easy this collection was. No additional grinding necessary…just stay on top on the new cards as they are released (especially the BR silvers and golds).

Honus, Banks, Jackie, Gehrig IF
Foxx at CAaron, Snider, Clemente, Mathews, and Torre on the bench.
SP Feller, Newhouser, Johnson, Young and Grove
RP Plesac, Eck, smoltz, Henke, Fingers, Hoffman, Franco, Rivera.Hard to get really old on the RP LoL. I’ll sometimes sub in Brooks Robinson but I have a hard time hitting with him. Ruth will take someone out when I buy him back. And Johnny Bench will take out Torre. You? Sorry I know this is OT.

Nice, yeah I just got Ruth but I don't want to take Musial out because I'm a Cards fan and he destroys the baseball how am I gonna leave Ruth on the bench you know.

SP- pretty much the same as yours haha. I have Bob Gibson in there and sometimes Tom Seaver but the ones you listed are all awesome.
RP- The same, yeah Rollie is probably the ultimate "old timer"
Back to Griffey, I got to claim him first day but haven't used him much.

Is Griffey worth it? Maybe. But in my opinion the grind is what makes it fun and keeps me motivated to play. Case in point, non of those equipment collections are worth the rewards. I just like completing collections regardless.

Much like Mookie and Kershaw I am in no real rush. I’m not a youtuber who needs to do the first debut video, I’m not a god squad creator and I don’t buy stubs. If I get him just as MLB 22 drops, cool. I took a month off the game so I’m behind in a sense so I’m not sweating it. I’ve got 6 of the 16 vouchers as it stands.

I was missing 1 card (all star, post season or prime, can't recall off hand). I think I'm 314 at p2
