How is Legend supposed to be enjoyable?

Yep. Dropped down to all star to see if I could at least enjoy that using my favorite players. Colorado opponent (where a server allegedly is) and guy had 14 hits and 8 were non-pci including 2 HR's. Guy was turning on 98 like I was setting the ball on a tee. Must be tough playing slow pitch softball. Meanwhile, I'm getting gassed by 94 and no clue what the pitch is. Every pitch looks the same until it is too late. Just a blur. I played professional baseball and can't tell what a pitch is in your game because the lag is so ridiculous. It looks like a blur coming out of the hand ant time you face an opponent close to a server. Disappointing since I love baseball so much but this is the worst online baseball game I have ever seen. Even your precious streamers say it's [censored] and most can only stomach to play a few games. These people get paid to play the game and can't stand your game. Time to wake up!
I have over 500 losses in DD. I don't give a [censored] about my online record. I don't care what anyone thinks. You need a complete overhaul of the online portion of this game. I made WS (by some miracle and a lot of guessing and getting lucky) and have to guess pitches on all star because the lag in this game is atrocious. How do you think other people that aren't close to servers feel? They have quit, just like I will at some point. You can only take so much.
I think maybe it just looks like a blur to you is because you're old dude. Eye sight fades quickly when you're long in the tooth. Also maybe you were just a below average hitter as a "pro". Could be, just sayin'

Wrong on both counts. Was a two time all star in the minors. 3rd year was bad as I tried to play through a shoulder injury and paid the price for it. As far as eye sight, I see the ball great on streams. My game certainly doesn't look like that.

only got 2 hits ..lost 2-0 i had logan webb on the mound and his 2 runs were solo homers that were mispitched over the plate

Just played my last game of ranked for sure. Hitting feels terrible. It’s like I would get better results closing my eyes and swinging. I want to like this game considering I’ve played it since the first show game but my god it’s awful. I’ll turn it on play a few innings and just quit. You know who enjoys it? People near the servers with not so good internet. The not so good internet pretty much guarantees they almost always connect to that server. Almost every top player or streamer is located in or near the server cities. That is not a coincidence. I predicted it would only get worse the more people quit.
I noticed that. Also noticed watching the streams that pitch speeds are near what I’m seeing and they are on legend? So has to be something to it

What do you know. I try to play one game, it’s against a parallel V deGrom for the thousandth time. Game freezes in the 3rd inning. POS game

My question is why does it have to be hitting that gets more difficult the higher the difficulty? Why don't they make it harder to pitch instead? Make for much more enjoyable games. I'd rather play a 15-12 game than 1-0 any day

Literally has nothing to do with it being the hardest difficulty. It’s the lack of consistency with pci results and inconsistent timing windows because the show will never have dedicated servers. Pci change made legend even worse.

Not to mention people pitching like little Bs with their precious PPP. Some people are serious about never throwing anything in the zone unless it paints a corner. Even with PPP it doesn’t make sense how some people can paint every sinker after throwing balls to the same spot prior.
