Not sure how he fits in with bellinger, mantle, Soriano. I’ll likely still collect but don’t think he’ll find a home on my main squad.

This card has the potential to be nuts between his power and speed. Haven’t used his cards a ton outside of the occasional BR so how he plays will be key but on paper he should be amazing. Thankfully we can all run him out in today’s new event.

This card will be insane. He’s most likely gonna have 90 plus speed and insane defense. The man already won a gold glove and give him some juiced hitting stats…count me in.

Very excited for 2 reasons.
- This card should be amazing! Especially if it has active quirks.
- O’Neil getting POTM means Soto gets a finest!

Seriously there is more to the game them just the main squad
Pretty sure there I an event that starts today he could be used in or BR or theme teams like an all Cardinals team or all Canadain born team.
This main squad argument is so tired cause you name 3 great players but those guys are interchangeable with what 15 other guys and there is still one guy incoming that I bet you would trade out for one of these guys like they were a scrub on a single A team

That all Canada Theme team might not be horrible this year
Jason Bay, Larry Walker, Guerrero Jr, Votto, and O'Neil. That's a pretty good 2-6 spot in a lineup with Fergie Jenkins and James Paxton as starters it's not bad at all.

Would be a Mariner card if they didn’t deal him for Marco Gonzales a few years ago. Seattle had an “excess” of young OF’s but kind of think they should have kept this one…..

Seattle has a reputation for doing this, Marte, Guillen, Choo, Omar Vizquel, Tino Martinez, Adam Jones, David Ortiz, Derek Lowe and Varitek the list goes on and on.

They still have an excess now without O'Neill. Besides, Marco has been pretty good and until recently, it looked like Seattle had won the trade. If O'Neill keeps producing like this until 2025, yeah it will hurt, but objectively it's not really all that bad a trade.

Don’t disagree as Marco is slightly better than replacement level but it just hurts when they blossom after you let them go. Tyler was all tools but very raw so they traded ceiling for floor basically. But when you compare him to Haniger, Lewis and Kelenic it’s less clear who the best one will be as O’Neill has been amazing this year.
