Same exact game for the seventh year in a row since Xbox One dropped. Just boring and bad. Thank you game pass for allowing me to get a headache in the first quarter and never play it again for free.

If figured it wasn’t much of a difference. Are they still using the frostbite game engine? Because until they do some major overhaul on the actual game engine I don’t think much will change.

Frostbite killed FIFA too. The game was much better under the Ignite Engine.

It’s just nice knowing I never have to buy it again, cause I have Madden 20 on my PS5 lol. Same game.

I think most sports games don't change much year to year. Madden is always disappointing imo because it always feels the same. Honestly.... what major changes were there for The Show this year besides cross play and a few minor differences??? I keep playing Madden and The Show every year because I love football and baseball and there are no other options for either.

On PS5 it feels like players are jogging. The run game sucks.
But content wise it still blows the show out of the water. TOTW, Most Feared, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, TOTY, the packs aren’t garbage, and you don’t have to wait a year for rookies to be in the game.

I tried MUT for the first time a couple years ago and hated it. Not nearly as much variety when it comes to stuff to do offline, and it seems like their market is set up in a way that makes flipping to earn cards with no money spent either impossible or just way more of a hassle than it's worth. I tried playing online but I'm apparently even more terrible at madden then I am at the show. I don't mind losing a lot, but being blown out every time got old fast lol.

Madden is a purely pay to win kind of game... I appreciate the Show for allowing you to grind for every card in the game- that's huge.. Madden takes a lot more to get cards .. haven't played this year yet, but will probably pass.

To each of their own. I’d much rather buy packs where you’re basically guaranteed a solid pull. I’d also rather get draft players 30 mins after their picked than over a year later. But yeah ur right let’s have a useless 95 SP player program 5 months into the game.

I used to love Madden. I would pre order it and all that. I would say I was pretty good online but it never really imporved other than the graphics. I no longer have that love for it and probably won't play it this year, I hope its good for the people who do enjoy it though. Nothing like getting let down on something you had your hopes up for.

I’ve played madden ultimate team since it came out in 2011 (Larry fitz) on the cover. I just started the show this year and there is no comparison
