I don’t use contact swing and never had. Exit velo is down significantly in my personal opinion

I think the timing window is really messed up right now , On hall of fame at least i just cannot hit the ball consistantly or if im leading like 3-0 in 8-9th inning oppenent somehow gets hits with bad swings , Last game guy hit a tying homerun on a changup below zone very early timing with ball at bottom left of the pci, i threw 100 pitchs with degrom he hit 3 balls all game including a david ortiz hr with good swing, my degrom hit a no doubter on a ball i barely touched then hit a winning hr with cedric mullins after tying the game probally on another bad swing.

I did an AL All-Stars vs. the Biscuits AA team Exhibition game to cheese the 8-walks in a game trophy.
I was hitting bomb after bomb. I even hit 2 with Bogaerts, and I can't hit with him.
I go into DD to get Buxton closer to 'V' and my first 3 batters smoke the ball, but right at fielders, so Maybe there was an adjustment. -
I hit a perfect fly ball with Schwarber and Ortiz at Shibe and they both hit the back corner - one for the triple one for a double. (Normal swing)
It isn’t a big ball park at all. And if you feel those two with max power isn’t going then nothing ever will!

Agreed. I’ve noticed A TON of pop ups and lazy flies. My event games are much more low scoring as well.

I won’t deny the fact I can most certainly improve, but the biggest issue I have right now is the number of perfect/perfect liners that go right to my opponents fielders. It seems like hitting a hot shot in the gaps is just non existent at this stage of the game. I just accept that the game doesn’t play that well with teams loaded with 99 overalls

dead ball, wet noodle bat, call it whatever but yes hitting stinks and they tweak it every update, next update itll be good, then after poor and so on

Oh I have had plenty of hot shots go straight to fielders lately

I've noticed some nukes have died on the track lately. Most recent example was a power swing with Ortiz. High angle, exit velo around 100/105 (sorry dont exactly remember). Only thing I have noticed is that in most of these instances the wind was blowing in at 5-7mph. So I just chalked it up to that.
And yes a lot of shots have gone straight to fielders.

I think some gameplay fixes for hitting are needed.
Also anyone else feel like the fielding is not as good lately?
Been getting too many errors lately. -
Are you guys playing 20 or 21? I am having the same hitting issues on 20.
