How do you report players with racist uniforms?

I've tried multiple ways and yet nothing gets done. The one I just played was the worst one yet. There has to be something I can do here, is there not?

I actually reported one the other day and got the response from MLB the Show to report to Sony but gave no instructions on how to do that. Forgive my ignorance but how do you report to Sony?

Why not just block them on PlayStation or Xbox, and move on with your life?

All you are doing is giving them the attention they desire. Don't you see? Just ignore them and block them - situation solved.
You should really be made at SDS if anyone. They should review each submission and approve it before you can use it. -

The only thing those Racist Words or logos do to me is it Fires me up to Put up 10-0 and mercy them or make it a slow painful game of just them getting beat down.

I never even played the dude, he just was real upset that I said 365 days was too harsh of a ban for stadium signs that said "eat booty" and "clappin Dem cheeks" lol

wow you slip up and say a cuss word and get reported on xbox, you're banned from voice communication almost immediately.....
