thanks for all the comments and thoughts thus far! sorry im not going to quote everyone, I saw someone with ozzie who is one of my favs and imo amazing swing but that a** contact against righties is worrisome since I think all ill see soon is degrom. that croneworth may be someone to loook into. as well!

How can you tell which quirks are active
Live series cards used to have them exclusively, so it was the ones on those that you never saw on legends or flashbacks. Some you can still visually see with the PCI.
There are always the last ones when you are looking and I believe “bomber” is the last none active quirk. Those are just measured by stats. If they have over 80 power they have bomber for example.
Live ones are usually more specific. Excels at hitting fastballs, breaking [censored], first pitch, with 2 strikes, day, night, away, home, runner on third, when losing, 9th inning are all active. Look at yours players PCI with one strike then 2, or on the first pitch and you will see the difference. SDS has never said what they fully do, you can only see the PCI increase but I wouldn’t be shocked if you also gain power.
HRD Soto is another card with almost every active perk you want, and he’s already been my hardest out to get for a year.

Pop time is actually another one that’s easy to spot. Only 3 live series catchers have it, Realmuto being one, a bronze being another. Meanwhile Pudge who is like 90+ in everything defensively doesnt.

Be aware , Turner cost me a game yesterday at second. His defensive penalty at 2nd makes him awful.

that AS xander has piqued my interest. correa was a bust for me eeven in moonshoot. id rather use groshans.

Using Franco at SS and Albies at 2B.
Defensively it's pretty good but I'm struggling to get going with ablies for some reason yet killing it with Franco.

Currently using Chipper and Jackie. Chipper is only there because I don't have my CAPs SS build up to a suitable level so hes playing 3B.
Thinking about benching Jackie for AS Trea Turner though. Jackies....decent but I've hit better with LS trea than I do with Jackie so it seems like it would be worth making the defensive sacrifice for a trial at least.

My infield is Ortiz, Jackie, Glauss and Chipper. I still need about 50k for my boss pack and when I get that I'll be adding Wander to replace Glauss.

I like Story/Turner but I've never been able to hit with Jackie. Jackie is much better than he has been in the past though

Turner and Cronenworth. Turner is a tough one for me, I hit well with him but really prefer atleast one diamond badge up the middle. Cronenworth meanwhile just gets crazy good exit velos with his swing and is good enough defensively.

I like Turner but his defense is a problem. If I would play him, I'd play him at 3B.
