I almost wish they could seperate out tv gamers vs monitor gamers. I have a 65" tv in my living room, i want to play on that. I do not want to play on a 25" computer screen but it seems you absolutely have to if you want to be competitive.

I did hours and hours of reading through forums and on Reddit. I have tested probably 15 monitors including a 2000 dollar LG CX that I own. I basically did an extensive scientific research project and am sharing my final findings. People can tell me im stupid or not believe me or whatever, but like I said on my OP the Alienware I linked is the best value in order to get the advantages of 240 Hz.

I agree. I have a very nice 65” as well but I use a $150 monitor way more when I’m into playing this game. Kind of crazy they would make a game that basically needs to be played on a monitor.
Then again, they slowed pitch speeds in 18 and it was ridiculous but I’m sure it was nice for TV users.

I play on the 65" OLED with a 120 refresh and i am close to .500 is RS. Does it make that much of a difference using a monitor? One of my sons plays a lot of COD and said the refresh rate was pretty good for a tv. I am not buying a $1k monitor to play this regardless. That a lot of good wine!

Legitimately feels like I’m playing BR on All Star with this monitor in WS games. Very early on Cabrera, but can still see and time off speed fairly easily.

Both of your records are under .500
a monitor won’t helpLol your record is only 60-25. Imagine making fun of people’s records when you barely have a .700 winning pct and hit .262 with Shippett as your home park
To make it even worse you’re hitting .244 this season with Shippett. Holy cow that’s terrible to be judging someone else’s record haha
Haha I am barely above 500 and was hitting .196 last week not sure what it is now. Yep I suck at hitting.
Nah, this game is tough. Just don’t see why that kid is talking down to everyone like he’s some god level player lol
Yeah, I want to know how much money he is make being in the top 3% of a video game.
I have a six figure a year job. How much does SDS pay you to sit on these forums all day?
