How many 20 pitch at bats have you had?

20 is an exaggeration, but it is absurd the amount of 9 or 10 pitch abs you get against the cpu in rookie.

I once had a 22 pitch ab against Matt Beaty. 0-2 count lol. Vs the cpu by the way. I got so tired of it I just ended up hitting him to move on to the next batter. It was frustrating. Every pitch was just barely fouled off

Whenever I get the cpu that keeps fouling off balls, I’ll throw one in the dirt or way high so they def don’t swing.
Sometimes it works .. I dk if it resets them or something lol but I’ll usually get them to swing and miss with a good pitch after. -
If I get around 8 pitches in with an 0-2 count, I'll hit them if they foul off the 9th pitch.
What I'm getting sick of is the CPU fouling balls outside the putter PCI. I'll throw it high and outside, they swing low and inside and their outter PCI barely extends to the middle of the zone but they still foul it off.
If that happens to me, it's a strike. Why not the CPU? It's just their way to run the pitches up and screwing you over on everything. Lol.

In reality it's 10 pitch at bats, but geez, it's every single batter in the line ups, every single game. In these 3 inning games for BR and Events your relievers are wiped by the 4th pitch and then come the floaters back in the zone. Simply unreal. Also, still don't see why you are punished for using metered pitching it should work the exact same as every other pitching mode when used correctly.

This is what annoys me. Relievers in BR have zero stamina.

Yeah those are super annoying. Several times a game. It’s not like it’s against a Mike Trout type hitter either. It’s usually an annoying slap hitter. No matter where you throw it or what you throw they know what’s coming and foul it off.

I've quit more games in the past week than I've quit in the last 8 years playing DD. This year is terrible. They really need to do something about the contact swing

I've quit more games in the past week than I've quit in the last 8 years playing DD. This year is terrible. They really need to do something about the contact swing
I just want consistency...if we are both playing the base Wander Franco then on a contact swing we should have the same PCI. Not a small one for me and one that takes up the whole strike zone for the other player

SDS has made this game an rng nightmare that even they have no idea how any of it works. They like stealing money from kids. If SDS had any kind of professional ethics at all they would refund everyone for this garbage offering and beg our forgiveness. If I performed to this low degree at my place if employment I would be looking for a new job in short order.

Oh yeahZ it seems that 1 or 2 at bats a game the cpu will produce a 10-12 pitch at bat and it’s annoying.

Its due to the script sds has developed along with where the idiots have the sliders set. Theyve really done a bang up job this go around.
