2 months for ticket response? When should I send tickets for my tickets?

I sent in tickets on 4/24 and 4/26 (same issue 2 separate instances) and have received nothing but the automated response. At what point should I start sending in tickets for my tickets. It’s been 2 months, which is a bit on the absurd side.

I don't even remember what my ticket was for that I sent coser to launch time. I got the automated response and then nothing since.

I sent a ticket at the start of May and then resent it around the start of June. And I'm still missing the 42 Muncy card so I still can't get Jackie.

They shouldn’t even be “investigating” these claims at this point, just resolve them in favor of your paying customer and move on to the next one.

I lost 37k stubs on 4/28 ticket # was around 75,000 and I haven't heard anything back. I've sent in another ticket about the original ticket and nothing.
SDS customer service is trash -

I would venture to say whatever crashes happened early probally wiped out history of everything so they probabally have no way to determine who lost what other than tickets and to many were saying they lost trout so the just gave everyone a "apology pkg" better off just chalking it up as lost at this point i think.

Wrong. This entire mess is due to SDS utter incompetence and thus it is on them to make it right. Are you for real suggesting that the garbage “apology” pack (which was for unplayable servers anyways) solves all ticketed problems? At this point they need to just be filling all tickets as fast as possible and if that means a few dozen people get an unsellable trout they didn’t deserve, oh well (again, this is SDS incompetence at fault).

Def doesn't solve mine, so the simple solution is to say thank you for packs and never ever get Jackie. Yeahhhhhh nope, doesn't make up for it all.

I submitted it to support@sonysandiegostudio.games and received the automated response for both tickets (the ticket numbers were: 67279 and 71000).

I've done a bug report and account issue for something that happened 4/28 ticket # 75,000+
I quit playing and won't buy the game again. 8 years I've been buying this game, I file a report once and can't even get a response. I'll never give you my money again. -
