So many missing players in this game. Granted I'm new to this series but it seems like rather than 2 or 3 different levels of one player it would be better to have more new players. I'd love to see a Mark Grace, Rick Sutcliff, Andre Dawson among some of my other favorite Cubs from back in the day. Really want a Daryl Kile and Randy Johnson more than anything else.

Having 2 to 3 different levels of the same player is much cheaper than getting rights to a bunch more players.
Rights can cost a lot of $
No doubt Sony gives them a certain budget for legends, so it's not like they can just add whoever they want.

It’s crazy how much DD has changed when not that long ago All star Dawson was one of the best “one year attribute” cards in this game and I don’t think I faced him more than a couple times last year.
Now every future star is a 95 overall 5 tool player projected to be better than him and others who there are slowly fading out to save money.

Idk how these contracts work but they just seem like some greedy old guys tryna squeeze a few more coins outta their heyday. Its not like theyre expected to sit at a computer to render their own characters
You played pro baseball and youre really gonna stress over a video game check? Especially the ones with other, more lucrative revenue streams. Id be grateful fans still wanna play as me in a video game post-retirement. Nevermind the exposure to younger fans who might not be familiar with them. I hated playing basketball games in the 90s and neverrr getting to play as jordan. I wanna play as john rocker, randy johnson, clemens, pettite, daryl strawberry, jeter, garciaparra, -ayrod 
, manny ramirez, albert belle…. Maybe ive just played too much nba2k myteam where they have 98% of iconic players (charles barkley and reggie miller need to quit acting bougy with their wendy’s and tnt paychecks 
) .. DO IT FOR THE FANS, DO IT FOR THE GAME! Rant over. -

Daryl Kyle was awesome and I agree he would cool to have in the game. It's a shame he passed away so early I loved watching him pitch in Houston, what a curve ball

It should be an honor for players to be in this game. They should do if for free. I have to assume that some players are just greedy.

I believe he was in the game last year or the year before. Guy had a great few years in Cleveland. Just kept getting injuries. I remember when he became a yankee. He was just a shell of himself
