I wonder why it is taking them this long and there hasn't even been a whisper about it being fixed. Makes you wonder if they are having issues figuring it out. But I have full confidence since collin (SDS) has mentioned in other posts that the development team is "aware" and working hard to fix these issues and rest assured there is no reason to speculate.
Where did the post they were aware and fixing the RTTS equipment issue?

@Foosy55_PSN - I too would like to know (along with @SGMRock_XBL it appears) where they posted that they are aware of the RTTS equipment issue. They posted on 4/19 basically about progression issues but there was nothing in that post about equipment bonuses not applying. It was about archetypes and progression in general not working in RTTS (most of which was resolved with fix 3). In checking @Collin_SDS_PSN posts over the past 8 days via the "dev tracker" I see nothing specific to the issue of RTTS equipment. I'm just wondering from whence you get a sense of confidence that a fix is forthcoming?? Thanks.

I would like it fixed. I couldn't tell you how many close plays I've had in RTTS where I've legitimately wondered if the outcome would have been different if the diamond level gear on my RTTS player was more than just cosmetic and actually helpful to me.

Write more of explantion of what is wrong? Where is it wrong? Tell them in your words what you are experiencing. Because they do read the msg boards but i assure you if they click on a thread and see a statement like "fix equipment it's broke!" that really doesn't give them much to go on if you see what i'm saying.
Maybe info you provide is happening differently for a different console, more info = To narrowing down the problem.

That's a sample for you of what's been posted so far. The long version short is that equipment bonuses are very rarely applied to RTTS play. The only times they seem to be sometimes applied is to a position player playing in the 2nd or later game of a series. They are never applied in the first game of a series, and usually not in the later games either. For a one-way player who is an SP, that means they never get any equipment bonuses. For a one-way player who plays a position other than pitcher, they very rarely but sometimes might get equipment bonuses. And two-way players seem to not be getting the equipment bonuses but they have other issues on their minds anyway with Archetype loadout working correctly when switching between roles.
Hopefully that sates your desire for further information.

Of course I want it fixed. I have all diamond equipment now on my RTTS player and it never applies to the players stats while in game or anywhere while you look at your My Ballplayer. Doesn’t add to overall while in clubhouse. Doesn’t add to player in game. Doesn’t do anything for you in RTTS other than give you the appearance.
In DD it all works as it should but not RTTS. PS it works intermittently but on Xbox Series X at least it never works.
We all have tried many fixes with no work around found at this point.

It would be great if global warming, world peace, and economic disparity could all be fixed. And I can just picture the UN saying "we hope to have all this addressed at some ambiguous future date". This statement from SDS means about the same.

Let me make this a bit less ambiguous - diamond gear has a monetary value measured in CAPS. CAPS have a real dollar value set by SDS/PSN in the marketplace. Ergo, gear has a real dollar value. Gear is described as functional in both DD and RTTS mode but only works reliably well in DD mode and only very intermittently works in RTTS mode. Ergo, SDS/PSN is perpetuating a fraud/theft of goods against their customer base for as long as this issue is unresolved.
Potentially consider this argument as you contemplate the "setbacks (TM)" which would further delay a fix to something which should have been working from Day #1 of release.

At least they finally acknowledged the bug. But I agree with you on the monitory value point as I did buy stubs to get a couple missing gear pieces before realizing it was complete broken in Xbox RTTS, not even intermittent.

I hope it’s also in the next patch. Being a new player to this game on Xbox I feel I’m missing out on a whole little mini game with the equipment. I mean you could spend a lot of time finding just the right equipment attributes to tweak out your players along with the archetype and perks. Become a more complete player or closer to one than you can with just the archetype and perks that currently are working.
