Get rid of time limits on inning programs and bring back the after game cards. Why would you remove the after game cards without announcing it? Is it an error or on purpose? @Victor_SDS_PSN @Collin_SDS_PSN

There was time limits on them last year. And they were around the whole year.

Thats what I mean, keep them the whole year. They said this year they are removed completely.

Where does it say they are removed? I haven't heard that?

One of their videos prior to release.

Well they released 6 videos and i watched all of them at least ten times. Can you provide the one that mentions it plz? Or at least name the video?

It would take a while for me to find it because it was only addressed for ten seconds or so. Others on here will confirm it though. Doing this and removing after game cards is a mistake.

I get cards after games bro! You sure about what your claiming?

I haven’t got one card after conquest or events. Yes, I am sure of that. I am glad you are though because it would confirm that it’s just a bug.

Has to be a bug b/c if they removed it you wouldn't see the percentage of what kind of card you get based off difficulty? Right?

I hope so. Others on here have said they are not receiving cards after conquest and event games either.

Well i get them after 9 inning CPU can't remember about conquest and i don't play events so i cannot vouch for events but i think i wouldv'e noticed on conquest.

Well i just had an epiphomy (spelling) This whole thing might be based on the new rewards system?

Having issues with rewards after events? Check?

Having issues with rewards after conquest? Check?

Having issues progression rewards RTTS? Check

Having issues with MTO unable to recieve rewards system cannot validate? Check

Having issues receiving double xp? Check

They tied programs and xp reward path into one thing and then threw in divisional TA, and added the new player progression pxp into mix. Sounds like a possible culprit to me. But i haven't the slightest idea when it comes to programming so i don't know?

One of their videos prior to release.

MLB The Show 21’s 1st Inning Program is packed with missions, moments, and collections to help you earn a bevy of rewards to start your season off right. In addition to these challenges, you will also face off against 1st Inning Bosses Milestone Kenny Lofton, 2nd Half Heroes Mike Piazza, and Rookie Fernando Valenzuela. You’ll need to earn 350,000 XP in the 1st Inning Program for a chance to earn these Bosses and then add them to your roster. Be sure to complete the 1st Inning Program prior to May 7 because this year you only have a limited time to complete programs, and when they’re gone they’re gone!

yeah i dont like the time limit.
sds has done this to combat what people have said in the past, you can basically wait till october or november and complete a huge amount of stuff in a months worth of playing. which i was one that liked that.
sds is like jg wentworth they want their money now.

I see no reason not to allow a late comer to the game choose which inning they want to work on. Should be easy to assign the xp to the program of choice without double or triple dipping

I believe we got after game rewards for events in 2017. They were taken out in 18. Rewards for Br were taken out in 2019. I see a pattern here. I hate to say it to people who want conquest rewards, but taken them out was deliberate and predictable.

Good to know ty well that sucks! Especially for those with limited playing time due to real life stuff. Not sure i understand that reasoning? I hope they don't allow advancement bonus if you have all 3 bosses then.

We have never gotten after game cards from events

We used to get them after conquest games, though. Now we don't and we only get half the XP we're said to have earned.

I agree with everyone who hates the timed inning programs. I'd probably play all year if I could just play through the content at my own pace, but constantly feeling like I'm up against a clock to earn the stuff I want usually causes me to get burned out and move on to other games by around the all star break. I don't know anything about coding, but would it really be that hard to have xp rewards for inning specific content continue applying to the relevant inning regardless of when it's completed and then apply xp earned through gameplay to every inning program that's in the game at the time?

As far the after game rewards being gone, I've played DD since 18 and not once have I earned anything above a silver so sorry guys but I just can't bring myself to care. That particular change is at the very bottom of my list of concerns.

Good to know ty well that sucks! Especially for those with limited playing time due to real life stuff. Not sure i understand that reasoning? I hope they don't allow advancement bonus if you have all 3 bosses then.

Agreed, I know most games with seasonal content have a time limit but when we have been able to work on programs retrospectively for years it feels like a kick in the cookers. I hope I’m wrong but I have a feeling that team affinity is going to be the same this year.
