Issue has been identified, corrected and they're working on getting people the stubs back...

Same. I bought $400 worth of stubs prior to launch and I got none of them @Collin_Sds
Same not 400$ but 250$ worth sent them a request with bill of proof now they will get back in 5 days took 4 days off they mess it up for me what a waste

Saturday Morning Update
SDS has posted again via Twitter that they are working on the stubs being returned. Unfortunately, I suspect two different issues being compounded. One for account linking and one for misplaced market orders either going poof or being cancelled. Would be nice to get a SDS post on their forums and not just social media.

Make sure you are reporting it as an account issue and not a bug report! There should be red text underneath topic that will tell you they will not respond back on a bug report unless more info is needed. SO AGAIN MAKE SURE IN TOPIC YOU CHOOSE ACCT. ISSUE!

i did that 5 times and still nothing lol lost 130k

It should only be submitted ONCE. If you get a ticket number, you are good.
By entering it 4 more times, you are creating additional delays for yourself and others.
When you get in an elevator, push button once. Light goes on. Please don't push it seven more times. You don't get there faster that way.

Create an alternate Twitter account like I do. 1 for gaming and 1 for professional/personal.
