What Time on 4/20?

After finding out that the game gets released at midnight on 4/16, I was wondering if it’s also at midnight on 4/20 for the non-early release guys.

Midnight Eastern time so maybe a little earlier in other time zones.

It couId also be during 420 at 4:20 on 4/20

Additional Question: 2020 being the exception that it was, did SDS make an exceptional amount of content throughout the year to compensate? Or do they routinely make that much content each year...
