The excitement level of some in here makes me wonder how many depends they will go through opening weekend.
50% will be fed up with the game come monday, by the end of april, a good 25% will be back to madden or something else fulltime. i see it every year these "big" streamers who arent normally on MLb year round like most of us around here, will get there 5 mins on twitch and be gone. its literally been like that for the past 5 years.

Yeah it's pretty funny how they jump ship to go play a game by a far worse developer team.

We have not gotten a stream over 30 minutes long yet have we? And I use the term stream loosely. These are nothing more than scheduled promotional videos.
Every stream we have gotten so far wasn't early launch day either? Last Stream Ramone said "Be sure to tune into feature premiere next thursday where we talk Diamond Dynasty and everyone will be there it's gonna be fire."
And anybody who has been around a while knows this is just as exciting for them as it is for us! I asked something in thread about a month ago about since no dev tourney this year can we expect gameplay videos b4 launch? Collin "We are working on it." So i am more optimistic than some.
Speaking of, I wish they would do something to keep their mics from clipping when they get understandably excited.
-
30 minutes after launch the excitement will be gone and people will be on here complaining, and that is if the launch goes smoothly. If the servers crash or something people will be enraged with this level of anticipation and expectation. Trying to keep my expectation level low, and just assuming there will be issues and bugs for them to work out.

The numbers do go to 5 and Jeter happened to win 5 World Series, 5 Gold Gloves and 5 Silver Slugger awards in his career.
The 5 apparently refers to:
I: Denial
II: Anger
III: Bargaining
IV: Depression
V: Acceptance -

Id put pants on for the event, but I'm afraid ill never be able to get them off again.
The last time I wore pants was March 12, 2020.
Not because of the shutdown, mind you. Just because I've had it with pants. And I stopped wearing underwear back in 2014 so really it was long overdue.

I feel like this is the culture change I need in my life. No more coiled snakes, no more swampiness, just fresh air and mobility.

Coiled snakes? Lucky dog, i'm stuck with a miniature terapin turtle that only sticks his head out occasionally.

Just whip that hog out and parade it around town. Restaurants, libraries, schools, synagogues. You name it. You might get some dirty looks every now and then. But you might also meet some like-minded Americans who just want to flop that schlopper to the beat of their own drummer. And those, my friend, are the finest people to walk this earth and to bounce their pieces proudly whilst doing that walking.

Lol depends where you live i guess lol. Rural community bible thumpers don't like it when you sit on front porch in your skivies. The County Sheriff pays you a visit.

In my experience, it mostly depends on the quality of the hog on display.

I would say ascending since you are talking about launch and not a crash!
