What does the meta show about the most popular batting camera angle?
-
I'm playing around with changing what I've been using before (wide).
-
Everybody who is good uses Strike Zone
-
There’s some really good players who use some different camera angles, but most use SZ, SZ high, or SZ 2 in my opinion. I usually switch between SZ and SZ high
-
I just switched to SZ2 yesterday and I'm really digging that. I'm not a great hitter, and I feel like this view helps me recognize the strike zone better
-
I’m on sz2 now. I like it better than sz because I can see the bottom part of the zone better.
-
To further my previous post. I'm not great but I use Strike Zone and Strike Zone High mostly. I wish there was a camera where you could see more of your hitter and still get a SZ result. SZ2 is close but not quite there.

I def would like 21, especially on next gen consoles, to have a 3rd person Hitting camera That you can play competitively with.

Strike zone is like playing basketball on a 10' rim
Every other camera adds height to the rim
-
The hitting view does help with the meta. Good goods or perfect perfects are worse less. Swing early and connect, you will rarely lose.
-
Well I know I am not a great hitter but I just confirmed what I already know I swing at everything and just guess. How was it confirmed? Well I just pressed X to swing on the forum page don't ask questions because I have no answers.
-
used to use SZ, then went to Offset Zoom, now on SZ2 and it has been confirmed...I can't hit for [censored] with any of them...i'll swing at Curveballs in the dirt all day...just can't read them if they are gonna stay in zone or not...same with change ups. FML

I just switched to SZ and went immediately from All-Star to World Series!
Actually, that was a dream I had last night. I use SZ2. Strike Zone just feels too "close" for me.
-
I use offset zoom just because I think strike zone is boring and when you put one dynamic in play offense, homers look sick. A lot of people don't like the offset part, but for some reason regular zoom just looks to far away to me

Normally a SZ guy but SZ 2 is decent because I can recognize pitches better for some reason. I can see the break better on sliders and curves and the cut and sink better as well. Haven’t used it online yet so o may change my mind then lol

I use Zoom or MLB 15, I like having to view the entire field and ballpark. adds to the experience.
Tried Strikezone a few years ago and it was ok. It was annoying having the batters crotch always in the way.
