If you're not playing on Legend or maybe HOF any time soon, you should be fine with Gallo imo

This. Vision really isn’t a big deal down there. Once you make it on HOF+ you might want to reconsider your team, but I think power is literally the only stat that matters on vet and all star. Pitching doesn’t even matter down there.

Not sure how much money you mean by budget, buuut for less than 10k you can complete the Pirates collection and get a good power bat in Bell and a stud in Andrew McCutchen.

Ozzie Albies has been amazing for me. Already finished the Braves TA mission just with him in under 15 games, mostly playing on all-star.

Ender Inciarte, the ball just flys off his bat. He doesn’t hit many HR’s, but he’s my most consistent hitter, even over Freddie, Chipper, Ozzie and Diamond Eddie. His swing reminds of 19 Lofton.

I don’t think this is what you meant by budget beasts, but has anybody noticed that 91 bagwell is only ~12k? I feel like that’s a steal for an early game 91

Josh Bell, Carlos Santana, and Eduardo Escobar have all been really good for me. It also helps that they are all switch hitters.
