I’m not sure what happened, but I liked it.

Earlier today, I played a ranked seasons game on all star and it felt smooth as butter. Pitch speeds were were comparatively slower to all the other ranked seasons (all on all star) games I played today. I was crushing the ball. Granted, I got disconnected for some reason, and I took the loss, but I want all the games to play like that. What happened to make it play so smoothly? What can I do to recreate it? I have limits, of course, but I’m open to suggestions of things I can do to get that back.

I’m happy with the gameplay, yes. Most of the games I play, regardless of whether they are on all star or HoF, and regardless of whether I win or lose, the pitch speeds are ridiculously fast. And the ball seems to warp to the plate. During the aforementioned game, I could easily track the ball from the pitcher’s hand. I felt like I had forever to swing. Sure I was disappointed when it disconnected, but for the 5 innings I played before it disconnected, it didn’t seem like I was swinging at lasers beams. And that’s a win for me.

Sounds like Offline play. Still the purest form of the game's experience, in my opinion.

I played a lot of BR last night and it was so smooth. I would be good if the game always played like that. I went like 25-5.
