    Helton? Oswalt? Snider?

I'll pick Oswalt if there's no big difference between 19

Oswalt no doubt. Oswalt also looks like the only card worth "prestige-ing" as it boosts/reduces his pitch velocities in addition to the boost to his attributes.

I hope Oswalt plays better than last year, otherwise I’ll probably pick Helton. In 19 Oswalt was really hittable because like Verlander, he didn’t have much L-R or R-L break, mostly up and down. Those two were (for me anyway) the easiest top pitchers to hit. Letting low stuff go is probably the only thing I do well when hitting. Throw in a sweeping curve or nasty slider though, ugh.

I think a lot of people thought Oswalt was really good last year. Touching 97-98 with a 70 mph curve was great, and his sinker had a ton of movement.

We’ve just had different experiences with him, and that’s fine.

Helton looks like a really card to use, especially early in the game, but I'm going with Oswalt. There are always a ton of 1st base options and Oswalt's prestige card looks filthy.

If I keep one I’m going for Oswalt. I’ll probably sell to work on live collections however

Probably Oswalt, OF and 1B are usually stacked positions, especially with Mantle coming day 1.

I’ve used Oswalt and Duke sooo much the last 2 years, I’ll go with Helton because he’s new. Normally I’d go Duke but this Duke even at Red a Diamond can’t hit lefties

Helton for me being a Volfan and I'm gonna get Smoltz and either Maddux or Mantle with my Variety Pack picks. Not sure who I'm gonna go with on the loyalty reward cards Griffey, Judge or Harper...

Oswalt since Duke can't hit lefties and the whole new selecting pitchers makes it easier to use him

Oswalt appears to be the easiest/quickest to Prestige for the casual onliner.

However, I've been a Helton fanboy for decades. Gonna be tough.

Oswalt from 1st inning, Mantle and Maddux from the variety packs and Griffey from loyalty.

I’m not really excited about those 3 personally so I’m going to sell the first inning one. If I were to keep one I’d be leaning Helton

They are gonna go for big stubs with the prestige in play.

That’s good then. I hope I can get good stubs out of one of them and then use them to try to work on collections 🙂
