Won 4-0. Got runs early and bunted out. Also pitched a 2 hitter with Seaver.
Last gm to get Ruth, against Giants I lost twice!! Lol. Didn't lose once on HOF though!! Smh -
12-2. Knocked out Kluber after 3 innings.

I am a terrible player and I somehow won 2-1. I hit a dinger with Mantle in the first and then a couple of innings later the CPU's Mantle hit a dinger to tie it up. I scratched out a run in the top of the ninth to get the dub. I only entered the game to see just how badly I would get throttled. I am surprised that I won.

I trailed 1 - 0 going into the 7th inning, Sandoval samcks a homerun tie game then i pinch hit with Awards Blackmon. First pitch Blackmon sees is hit over the rightfield roof just like that it's 2-1 and my bullpen did the rest.
Finall score - 2-1 me.

I tried the bunt cheese shenanigans and realized that I suck at bunting. But considering that I have never tried it before, I did OK.

The worst part is that I lost on a ball going under Diamond Fielding Kenny Lofton's glove for a double. -

It was stressful. I intentionally walked Mantle and Ortiz whenever I could. They got it out of the park the other times I did pitch to them -
1-0.
Forget CPU Kluber and his dotting the slurve on the outside. -

What speed guys were you using?
So far Lofton and Rollins at the top. I may go with the quickest line-up I have and see how it works for the remaining divisional HOF 6 inning games, I completed the 9 inning final and AL and NL league ones. Something like

Pinch hit 2 run blast by Killabrew on a full count in the 9th

8-3. Fell behind 1-0, then 3-1. Scratched my way back with a couple of bases-loaded walks, and a 3-run HR from Jackson. I've played 4 of the HOF games... patience is key here. Let the CPU throw a lot of pitches and try not to chase.
I haven't tried the speed/bunting/stealing strategy, but I can see where it makes sense.

first try. 7-5. Cruising along 7-0 until the 9th. A couple of bloops and a blast made it close.

6-3. Forgot I moved my SPs around for missions. My new top 3 in the order have been amazing in these games. Trout-Hornsby-Mantle have routinely put me ahead early. I've finally gotten the hang of Mantle, and he has been crazy good.

2-0. Put Gagne in after the 7th when kluber started putting pitches in the middle.
