I normally don't buy packs like these but I have Mantle and I have lots of stubs and figured why not? First pack I got the best cards and took Hornsby because I loved him last season and then I got the base round and took Gagne. Very happy

I bought two......Hornsby pack 1, Lofton pack 2. I say worth it for the chance at Hornsby.

Yeah, these are definitely worth it. I have a feeling that Gagne is gonna go up in price after these are out of the store. Gonna suck facing him. I have such a hard time with his Vulcan change.
Yep he’ll shoot up in value like Rodney did after the initial DotP drop.

Same for both. Hornsby looks like one of the best hitters in the game right now and I love his position flexibility. A little more speed on him would have been nice but I'm not complaining.

I got lucky got two rares. Was gonna sel Hornsby but might try him out. Took Robert with the second pick bc I need a CF

It's probably worth it right now just because at max you lose maybe 15k stubs, it's not a terrible deal.
I have so many stubs I just decided what the heck and bought two. Pulled rare both times! Took Nolan, and then took Nolan again to sell, because I had already bought Hornsby off the market

I bought two packs....got a base and a Luis Robert. I still want Ryan and Honsby! Bought Gagne and Lofton too...
So I think it’s worth it....power hitting Catcher and Gagne a Closer with good numbers even if you don’t get an elite...not bad

Lofton is one of my all time favorite cards to use. Just a hitting machine and will be the ultimate PR/PH on the bench. His 91 has consistently sold for 20-25K all season, so his Sig is easily worth it. I didn't buy the packs, just bought Gagne and Lofton on the Market for 22K each. 2 base for the price of 1!!

I agree that it will probably be worth it. If I pull base both times, and wait a week or two, their prices will go up.

I can’t even imagine. I wanted one of each so I could take Gagne and Hornsby, but I had to settle for 2 base rounds.

Hornsby is end game second base.
Roberts card is awesome. Similar to Eric Davis.
Nolan Ryan has a FB and sinker with outlier for both plus a six 12 curve and a circle change. His control and BB suck, but power pitcher wise.... wow
yeahhhh man ryan card with the DOUBLE OUTLIER - this is end game nasty af for me i may just sell maddux when i get now
