Even though I very much dislike Jomboy media and his childish ways, he probably said it best when he said he though Correa and Bregman handled it great. Yes because they knew they would have to deal with pitches coming out at them, both Correa and Bregman did nothing when Kelly threw at them. They handled as they should, just as they suspected it would happen. Nothing got fired up until Kelly told Correa "nice swing B^^^h." And made that face. If there was nothing but great history between 2 teams that alone will cause a stir. This had nothing to do with Dodgers Astros 2017. This was Joe Kelly being himself.
Do you think the Astros deserve the 2017 championship. Correa interview when all this came made himself look bad saying they still earned the championship. that is the problem the players have no remorse or even think what they did was wrong.

The Astros manager AJ Hinch himself said he felt helpless and hated the fact they were doing this because he was an analytics guy and analytics showed they were doing much better offensively as a team when they werent using the cheating system. But he couldnt do anything to stop a veteran cheat like Carlos Beltran. It is a different culture. Something most people wont understand.

Wait I do understand that it is hard being young and know what is right and wrong and not saying anything because of fear, It takes integrity to stand up for what is right, they just trusted Beltran in that fact that it was ok to do what they did and now they are paying the price for it and not just someone throwing at them but about how other players feel about them. It just take away from what was a great WS. it was Heartbreaking when the dodgers lost and even more heartbreaking finding out the Astros cheated.

It isnt even knowing what is right and wrong, but not being sure of "the way things are done here" lol. that mentality. In the military, in sports, there is a different code that controls the way things are done. In MLB in the 70's and 80's when they had 2 pots of coffee, one labeled unleaded, which was regular caffeinated coffee, and would labeled leaded, which had illegal amphetamines in it, no young player was gonna come into the league and say anything about that because you were just under the impression that is how they do things here. Like I said before, the guys know now that what they did was wrong, but it has to be frustrating knowing there are others out there that did this and they have to shoulder the whole blame. Also they know pitches will come at them from certain teams and they just took it in stride. But the whole Kelly thing was taunting a player after a strikeout, had nothing to do with the head hunting. Had Kelly kept his mouth shout no retaliation would have became of throws, actually they didnt anyways, but nothing would have happened until he did his speed walk back to the dug out after strking out Correa and cussing him out.

Yeah dodgers were cheating that is why they hit so well in that series, You have no proof of all the teams cheating. Stick to the fact of what we have. Stop already with everyone is doing it so it makes it ok. They got caught the players should have been suspended and the WS championship should have been voided.

Plus the Red Sox get their video guy fired by using Cora's system compared to what the Astros were nailed with and what happened about the letters that proved the Yanks were cheating as well, must have been swept under the rug? Again not condoning cheating but it has always been around baseball so it's nothing new. And yet three years later Dodger fans are still whining, put on your big boy pants and get over it.

Even though I very much dislike Jomboy media and his childish ways, he probably said it best when he said he though Correa and Bregman handled it great. Yes because they knew they would have to deal with pitches coming out at them, both Correa and Bregman did nothing when Kelly threw at them. They handled as they should, just as they suspected it would happen. Nothing got fired up until Kelly told Correa "nice swing B^^^h." And made that face. If there was nothing but great history between 2 teams that alone will cause a stir. This had nothing to do with Dodgers Astros 2017. This was Joe Kelly being himself.
Do you think the Astros deserve the 2017 championship. Correa interview when all this came made himself look bad saying they still earned the championship. that is the problem the players have no remorse or even think what they did was wrong.
It just doesnt matter. It was already celebrated and there is no way of knowing what would have changed. Plus there was that whole game 7 in LA where the Dodgers laid an egg. So IDK. Also there is no breakdown on when the Astros actually used the electronics in that series. So it really becomes kinda hard to decide anything. But in the end, it doesnt matter. Taking it from them does nothing to them or even the fans. It all already happened and was celebrated. Thats like your parents taking away a trip to Six Flags when you were younger. Ok, fine, take it away, but it already happened lol.
I will agree we will never know, I disagree it does matter in the records books and for the fans. Yeah it was celebrated but not earned or deserved. The memory of them winning yes but cheating to do it. That game against Darvish i am pretty sure they knew everything that was comeing. You void out that WS the Astros have 0 championship by records. Now it goes down in the books as the Astros did not cheat to win, in the books it will Astros won the series 4-3 for there first title. The saddest part is that we will never know.
But then you just give Astro fans a chance at their first WS title over again. lol. That feeling is the greatest. A 2nd could never feel as good as the first. Plus, you arent punishing the guys that did wrong either. You think Beltran and Cora really care about the Astros history? Those are the bad guys. Nothing the young guys could have done to change anything.
That last part of your statement is BS, anyone of those players could of stopped it, and they did not, they used it, it had no remorse for it. That is cop out saying Correar or Bregman or any other player. If any of the players had integrity they would have said no this is wrong.
That is absolute BS. Just working at a regular job you cannot say something as a newer person or young person to change things. If you do you put yourself at risk. The Astros manager AJ Hinch himself said he felt helpless and hated the fact they were doing this because he was an analytics guy and analytics showed they were doing much better offensively as a team when they werent using the cheating system. But he couldnt do anything to stop a veteran cheat like Carlos Beltran. It is a different culture. Something most people wont understand.
Wait I do understand that it is hard being young and know what is right and wrong and not saying anything because of fear, It takes integrity to stand up for what is right, they just trusted Beltran in that fact that it was ok to do what they did and now they are paying the price for it and not just someone throwing at them but about how other players feel about them. It just take away from what was a great WS. it was Heartbreaking when the dodgers lost and even more heartbreaking finding out the Astros cheated.
It isnt even knowing what is right and wrong, but not being sure of "the way things are done here" lol. that mentality. In the military, in sports, there is a different code that controls the way things are done. In MLB in the 70's and 80's when they had 2 pots of coffee, one labeled unleaded, which was regular caffeinated coffee, and would labeled leaded, which had illegal amphetamines in it, no young player was gonna come into the league and say anything about that because you were just under the impression that is how they do things here. Like I said before, the guys know now that what they did was wrong, but it has to be frustrating knowing there are others out there that did this and they have to shoulder the whole blame. Also they know pitches will come at them from certain teams and they just took it in stride. But the whole Kelly thing was taunting a player after a strikeout, had nothing to do with the head hunting. Had Kelly kept his mouth shout no retaliation would have became of throws, actually they didnt anyways, but nothing would have happened until he did his speed walk back to the dug out after strking out Correa and cussing him out.
Well said, both guys did not take action on the pitches but when he started running his mouth while getting off the field quickly, well we know what to call those guys..
A lot of hitters show up pitchers and talk trash, the situation was heighten cause of the situation that has occured. Players in sports have been talking trash for decades. At this point 2017 is done and over, I know that championship will never be voided now but it is what should have happen imo. I have been over this situation for a long time but a lot of dodger fans are not. Yeah hope you have a great weekend. I hate this for baseball.

That’s funny!!! I am in my 50’s!! I’m glad to see proofreaders still exist. Auto correct gets me all the time and I don’t take the time to proofread on the forum like I should. English was my best subject too. You sir have motivated me.

Ok so I just watched the Bregman at bat and the Correa at bat. Dude was wild AF!!! Had zero control. It’s blantantly obvious he was NOT throwing at them intentionally!
