The reason you got the loss when you quit is because the game was frozen. The server cannot identify when there is a freezeoff or someone turns their game off or gets disconnected. My point is if someone gets disconnected when you're losing 7-2 in the 7th.. you're going to get the win. When the game freezes like that whoever quits first gets the loss because the servers view it as a disconnect which it technically is. Stop acting so hard headed with your opinion and take the wisdom of those who have been around. You've been playing online for 4 years? I've been playing online for about 20 when it was dial up like AOL. Not that it matters

I'm 39 and 20 in ranked seasons and my best overall is 86 Mantle. Nah wasn't complaining.. I take joy facing stacked teams and beating them than watching them complain because it can't be skill it has to be how the game is.. patch this patch that.. when you're still bad you want more patches lmao.... You know what needed to be patched ? Madden .. dude won with a punter at QB because he didn't throw one patch the whole tournament.

I'm glad he still gets paid and I guess reached his dreams but are you sure it was his dream or maybe his dream was to play in the NFL but he was better at baseball. It's their servers. It's not your internet connection. It's not that you are getting disconnected due to losing wifi or wired internet connection, it's their servers kicking you for a network error on their end. It's happened to me before but extremely rare and honestly not this year. I've played about 250 ranked season games and countless other games on various online modes. Not once did I get a network error or blue screen and when connection drops it's me getting the win so it's on their end. I don't know exactly what would cause you to be having these problems but in my opinion you are extremely entitled to getting a direct answer from SDS and than trouble shooting help. For someone who bought the game and the game not working due to their servers you are entitled to your money back if they can't help you fix it. As I've said it's definitely not a internet issue on your end. They need to identify the problem for you and tell you what needs to be done to fix it. It is definitely frustrating and it's not even as though you're requesting much. I typed what I did in hopes that Colin or Victor or whomever step up and at least comment on this thread since you know someone at SDS has read it because they monitor the forum. Good luck.
