I'm glad he still gets paid and I guess reached his dreams but are you sure it was his dream or maybe his dream was to play in the NFL but he was better at baseball. Anyways... just bringing attention to a funny play in a sarcastic way on a baseball forum.. don't see the harm in that. Not nearly as bad as bouncing off Canseco's head and over the wall. Sorry if you had money on his first career HR actually coming off his bat and not out of his glove. Cheers!

First two are both shortstops.... Why?

They can both play shortstop, second base and third base. I love the options. Josh Bell would have been first base only and he has common Fielding. It would probably have right field as a secondary but his fielding is like a 50 so he is actually like a brick in right field.

Fielding does not matter at all at 1B though.

Which is why I mentioned right field as a secondary. There are tons of options at first base. The point of my post was that correa and gregorius can play three positions at a high level. Bell can barely play one.

How many really good switch hitting options do we have at 1B though? FotF Bell and Eddie Murray?

I’d argue there’s even more options at other infield positions than there is at first base. Bell would’ve easily been the most useful 1B in the game currently. Didi and Correa can be replaced by tons of other options that provide the exact same value.

Obviously like most people he will get faster as he gets older.

They usually start at noon PT or 3PM Eastern
