    @Collin_SDS

SDS, please solve the issue with losing HR stats because of rage dash boarding.

It’s always been annoying and now it’s even more so with the new emphasis on online stats for completing programs.

I personally think if you dashboard quit you should be banned from all online play for 2 days. That'll stop rage quit dashboarding real quick. No penalty needed for properly done pause menu quits.

I don't mind people quitting at all. I'll take the W. I just want the HR to land and count for my prestige stats...

The only downside to this is what happens if it is a legitimate issue like a fuse popping? I dont think people should be banned if something happens out of their control. Make it like a 3 strike rule...the 3rd time you do it you get banned for 2 days

    That's hilariouis.

Look at you suggesting bans, as if you're the 'Playstation Police.' LMAO. That's like saying, you're gonna be banned for 2 days if you replay a HR. It's nonsensical.

People can and should be able to quit if they want, including dashboarding. Penalty is already in effect with automatic loss and deduction of rating points in RS

I've been on both sides, and if somebody dashboards on me, the automatic W, but more importantly, automatic increased rating points is sufficient in lieu of any stats I might have missed out on because of it. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the added bonus for the time he saved me as well, for dashboarding the game in the 3rd or whatever inning vs. playing the whole 9, or even worse, extra innings.

The resolution is having the stats count if dashboarding occurs, if that's even possible, and not penalizing people on top of what they're already being penalized with.

Did anybody care about dashboarding before prestige players were introduced? It makes no difference to me how my opponent quits.

It’s very simple, decrease the chances of post game rewards for every disconnection.

A few times a year and no big deal, if you quit that way every game, you receive less stubs and cards as you should.

Dashboarding is immature and accomplishes absolutely nothing. How stupid is it to dashboard and waste a couple minutes of your own time since it takes longer to reload than regular quitting
just to try to screw someone else over? Having penalties for it will help to eliminate the rampant toxicity of online play and the community will be better off. This community could definitely use a lot of growing up. I know the same old characters on here who are internet bullies that think they're so cool will flame me for saying that, but I don't care. I know many people who don't enjoy the game as much as they would because of others' stupidity. I'm just glad I don't have to live the miserable life of someone with a loser's mentality who thinks dashboarding and rage quitting is an effective reaction or solution to not experiencing success 100% of the time.

    I honestly don’t care, I get a win...
I will hit plenty more home runs
That being said I think it’s classier and more respectful to not dashboard, but whatever, live and let live

The real problem with dashboard quitting is that the person who did nothing wrong gets punished and loses their stats. Since there’s no way to determine if it was an actual quit or legit disconnect so we can’t ban the person who disconnects....

    BUT....

What If when that person disconnects it gives the other player the option to continue against the computer if they want and keep any earned stats OR let us take the immediate win and move on. That way no ones is punished and we still get our stats towards our prestige players or daily missions.

Whenever I see a post like this it comes off to me as a “punish this player for not allowing me to pad my stats”. Odds are you are beating your opponent pretty well if they rage and dashboard lol.

I personally don’t dashboard, But I think it’s silly to complain about it.

Dashboarding is a punk move, but it’s not like you won’t hit another homerun with that player. Take your win and move on.

It's a non issue imo. The times people have dashboard on me mode HR where the HR actually mattered statistically has been like 3 times all year.
