I guess I don't understand how the word fanboy comes into play here.
It isn't a crazy theory that the swing feedback is off. You can clearly see that based on the displayed result, that really shouldn't have been a home run. It's either hitting is broken or the feedback is broken, or both, but wanting evidence or sharing a theory doesn't make anyone a fanboy.
Yea fanboy probably a little harsh. But i stand by the rest of it. Let’s see some videos of PCIs being one place and feedback showing other stuff or let’s drop that excuse.
SDS had admitted the feedback isn't always correct. Remember both users are connected to the server which takes both inputs and spits out a result. Sometimes the feedback reported doesn't match the result.
That's why I asked the OP if he actually felt like he was that off with the PCI. If yes, it was a game issue. If not I would think it was a feedback issue.

I homered on early/slightly rolled over with Reggie Jackson tonight. The pitch was a slow curve on the outside.

The game is terrible. Whoever doesn’t time their swings has a better chance to win. It’s plain and simple. It’s literally the worst online game period. I don’t know how people keep playing online. I can play like 2 in a day before I wonder how people so inept have a job. I guess as long as you can scam people you good by game studios because it’s obvious nobody at SDS know what they are doing making them actual gameplay.

This is why the game isn’t fun online, how tf is this a homerun?!!Ya but your overlooking the fact that he created "okay" contact..and the ball was out of the strikezone... everyone knows making okay contact on pitches out of the zone results in homeruns...(sarcasm)

Then a dead center fastball is in the PCI, just above the center (like on the flyball dot) and you get a good/popped to the 2nd baseman with a power hitter... Totally random.

I’ve hit many home runs like this against good pitchers with high energy and always feel bad lol. Any excuse by sds or anyone else is just bs.

Everyone can complain about hitting all they want !! Which is true hitting is bad! But I'm sorry PITCHING IS the worst ever! Change ups and curveballs u cant even throw this year! Cause u will hang 1 out of 3 or worse! I try to waste pitches up in the count they throw it down the middle ! Everyone can hit fastballs over your head!! Defense is still brutal! And base running is also broken ! SO WHAT IS ACTUALLY WORKING ? MLB 20 BROKEN EDITION!! LOL. People complained about 18 and 19. I honestly think both 18 and 19 were 75% better game play games wow
