I hit this homerun right down the right field line next to the pole. I was hitting with 94 chipper and he was pitching with 99 Kluber.
This is why the game isn’t fun online, how tf is this a homerun?!!At this point, just shut the hitting feedback off. Does nothing but frustrate us.
If shutting it off helps you get to the next batter with a clearer mind, then you're better off.

It’s amazing if someone says games broke all the fan boys say show proof, submit feedback blah blah blah.
But The new fanboy statement is maybe the feedback is just wrong without a shred of evidence. You think they’d be recording and submitting bug reports to get it fixed.
-
I bet if you squared it up it would still be good/okay

I guess I don't understand how the word fanboy comes into play here.
It isn't a crazy theory that the swing feedback is off. You can clearly see that based on the displayed result, that really shouldn't have been a home run. It's either hitting is broken or the feedback is broken, or both, but wanting evidence or sharing a theory doesn't make anyone a fanboy.

Yea fanboy probably a little harsh. But i stand by the rest of it. Let’s see some videos of PCIs being one place and feedback showing other stuff or let’s drop that excuse.

SDS had admitted the feedback isn't always correct. Remember both users are connected to the server which takes both inputs and spits out a result. Sometimes the feedback reported doesn't match the result.
That's why I asked the OP if he actually felt like he was that off with the PCI. If yes, it was a game issue. If not I would think it was a feedback issue.

There’s plenty of evidence available already. Don’t think we need to ask for more to believe in what players are saying.

I homered on early/slightly rolled over with Reggie Jackson tonight. The pitch was a slow curve on the outside.

..... That's not even what I was saying. I was responding to the other guy's example. Not refuting anything.

The Pitchers confidence/energy was likely zero/close to it
SDS logic:
“The pitcher feels bad about himself, so that terrible swing was a homerun. Too bad he didn’t throw the exact same pitch while feeling good about himself, then the pitch would have been popped up to 1B in foul territory.”

Lmao what a joke !

The game is terrible. Whoever doesn’t time their swings has a better chance to win. It’s plain and simple. It’s literally the worst online game period. I don’t know how people keep playing online. I can play like 2 in a day before I wonder how people so inept have a job. I guess as long as you can scam people you good by game studios because it’s obvious nobody at SDS know what they are doing making them actual gameplay.
100% agree, but careful the SDS shills and trolls will come for your head. No truth speak around these parts
-
Nope...nope I'd say that's pretty believable this year.
-
I’ve had quite of few of these with Trout even on HOF and above.

This is why the game isn’t fun online, how tf is this a homerun?!!Ya but your overlooking the fact that he created "okay" contact..and the ball was out of the strikezone... everyone knows making okay contact on pitches out of the zone results in homeruns...(sarcasm)

This was mine tonight (during HR w/ Josh Bell) https://imgur.com/a/sEVXE1Z

I'm sure there's someone around here who can argue this is absolutely normal because "It HaPpEnS iN rEaL bAsEbAlL".
-
Then a dead center fastball is in the PCI, just above the center (like on the flyball dot) and you get a good/popped to the 2nd baseman with a power hitter... Totally random.
-
I’ve hit many home runs like this against good pitchers with high energy and always feel bad lol. Any excuse by sds or anyone else is just bs.
