Yankees really aren't known for starting pitchers.. all their recent great starters are hired guns and before that, it's Guidry and Ford.. Pettitte I suppose but not much

I believe pettite is still the all time postseason wins leader, but he also wouldn’t fit well in the game. That said, they’re looking like they’re in the verge of bringing every single 90s Yankee great to the show since we got tino, someone I’d never thought I’d see in this game
Ya Pettitte would just be another Cole Hamels/Cliff Lee type. Cutters and curves all day. Still waiting on that high end Cliff Lee though. He'd have maxed out control

I agree. Oriole. But Moose would be solid I think in this. Always loved his abbreviated windup. He'd have good enough heat, great movement, a disgustingly slow knucklecurve, and great /9's.

Worse in BA, ok, but to call him a "far worse hitter" is harsh.Papi was undoubtedly one of the greatest clutch hitters ever, and had 7 top 10 MVP finishes. I would say he deserves to be right there when discussing best DHs.

I'm for those players getting into the HOF. Bonds, Clemens, McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, etc.
Just because I think Bonds is an [censored], and not as influential as Ruth, doesnt mean I dont think hes one of the all time greats.
