Never mind I was in game and it just popped up to resume a pack opening or something like that and I was able to pick another diamond card. And the cornerstone pack I couldn’t open before worked now too. This is encouraging at least.

He’s got a really nice swing. 2 triples in the gap for me on the 2nd try.

I am hitting about .180 with him in 200 at bats so I Pretty much use him as a defensive sub and bench bat which is very frustrating

Had the same issue last year when once you prestiged a player, you stopped using them so you could focus your time and efforts on prestiging someone else.

Nothing you can really do about it other than getting rid of prestiging/paralleling.

Or to quit worrying about it and just use cards you like🤷‍♂️

Odd. This morning after downloading and installing the patch I can load all 4 of my RTTS saves just fine. I'm really sorry this happened to you.

Agree. When batting I can visualize the strike zone with the batters eye/pitcher/mound/grass to dirt change, etc. But can’t see any visual cues the same way when pitching. I pitch with a behind the pitcher cam.

Hot/cold zones too. Could leave them on when pitching but only preview when hitting. Or vice versa.

Absolutely true. Ive never understood this. It has been going on for years. Id love to have an explanation for occurrence, also.

If you tap the L stick left when the camera slows down as the pitcher turns you will go back to the base depending on how your controls are set.

I've had it happen several times and been caught about half the time since I'm not paying attention for it or taking a drink.

Eh I'd be for it if they didn't make guys look like little leaguers out there. I've had gold fielding players make errors that make an 8 year old look like a gold glover

Yeah, RTTS used to be the mode you would play when the DD servers are down. Guess that is not the case anymore.

They are a small team. Sounds like they had issues with money transactions on peoples accounts that will take precedence everytime over a fake character career.

It is obviously a bug sometimes bugs take while to figure out. Play something else and try to unlock things that will help with your character down the road. I know this isn't what people want to hear but "[censored] Happens" they didn't do this on purpose.

They charged us money for early access. If it was not ready for launch then they should not have charged money to play it early. I expect the things I pay for to be working. If there were just a few bugs I would be fine. But to charge people to play a game where the core of the game mode is not functional? That is unacceptable and there is no excuse.

The thing is core game was working. It wasn't until update that progression broke so it was ready for early release. Just something didn't jive with update. There is no way anybody couldv'e known update was gonna break it. And i assure you they didn't do it on purpose.

Umm it’s called beta testing before launching an update. They failed.

before release they mainly focus testing on gameplay i.e. hitting, pitching and fielding. The programs and other stuff in game they must not test at all bc they manage to have the same issues over and over

I'm just trying to play DD. I've had server disconnects atleast 3 different times already, not just the latest marketplace fix or whatever they messed up this time. If the new menus are any indication of the effort that went into this game we are effed. I'm just over every single game release being a complete shitshow these days. It's embarrassing.

Yeah after my 1st one I just play it on Veteran. Veteran yields more than enough points if you do the whole season.
