RP always "Getting Tired" before they even pitch

Anyone else notice this in Conquest games? It's always been an issue as far back as I can remember in every Show, but seems like post patch it's every single time now. Like before most of the time they were still green coming in from bullpen and after 2-3 pitches it might say "getting tired" but now every RP or CP I bring in, regardless of whether I start them warming up with 0, 1 or 2 outs, they're yellow already and most say "getting tired" before they even throw a pitch.
I double checked to make sure they didn't change offline/Conquest games to be like Online where energy isn't reset after every game and you have to use different pitchers. But no, after a game it shows them all with full energy.
I would love to hear from SDS what the deal is/ what their intentions are here and how we're supposed to get around this problem, if that's even possible. -
I don’t even hardly warm them up. It’s going to say they’re tired anyhow.

Absolutely true. Ive never understood this. It has been going on for years. Id love to have an explanation for occurrence, also.
