Ive played less online this year generally cause it's toxic more times than not. I just want to relax and enjoy the game.

Use directional. HOF moments are much easier. Even that Ohtani "hit 3 HRs" extreme moment last year.

I am losing sight in my right eye due to being wounded in the military and directional has helped me out when I needed it.

This has been by far my worst year pulling. I pulled Lindor the other day, but aside from that I have pulled like 4 other diamonds with Sale being the highest.

Hopefully, it turns around soon because I'm getting pretty tired of Mini Seasons.

I disagree. Prior to the 2 years where we had 95-99 cards at launch the cost to complete LS hovered around 1.9-2.2M in the first month to 6 weeks. During the 2 years with the high OVR cards... LS cost to complete was 1.7-1.9M.

Now we are at 2.6M on the low end..it did dip to about 2.3M-2.4M for a few days but its been steady 2.6M for majority of the time since launch.

I don't know exactly what has caused this but my gut tells me there are less people playing DD and pulling packs but obviously I have no real idea as to the reason(s).

It sure is fing frustrating tho lol

I need 14 cards to complete the LS and it is still running 2.4M for those 14 cards alone. Coupled with my shite pull luck this year, the LS may not be completed this year.

Playing a CPU game while working on TA and I have had my OF dive 3 times on routine flyballs shortly after the ball was hit.

Anyone else experiencing this?

This has made some of those higher end diamonds more valuable in theory. There is no way an 88OVR card should be running 50K for one team while an 88OVR is 10K for another team.
In years past, one team would hold a "gatekeeper" card for the division like Ohtani for the NLW, or Judge for the NLE. These cards were expensive because they were the final step to completing the division. Now, there are several teams from each division holding these high value cards. ALC used to be the easiest to complete, but now Witt is 150K, Ramirez is 160K, Skubal is 100K, and on and on it goes. Its nuts!

I have done all the Conquest, played multiple WBC mini seasons while knocking out TA requirements along the way, and I have pulled maybe 5 diamonds with Acuna being the highest priced of them all. It is what it is, last year I had great pull luck, not so much this year.

I actually watch a lot of those content creators and can point out one thing most of them have in common - they are the ones who are brought in by SDS to test the game out before launch, and some of them are "partnered" with SDS and/or are influencers for The Show.

Don't you notice how none of them take a hard stand about the flaws in the game? They usually take soft stands (usually about something obvious and users already in an uproar about) that they follow up with by ending with something positive that promotes the game as a whole, despite its flaws. And they always avoid talking about the things the SDS avoids talking about.

I just want a new engine specifically designed for next gen. FFS, the PS5 has been out for 6 years. After 6 years of the PS4, you couldn't find anything for PS3, and yet, SDS is still using the same engine for last gen consoles.

My issue with the LS collection from 22 and 23 is that those cards were basically irrelevant because of how prevalent high OVR cards were available right from the start. Even the high OVR LS cards were useless by comparison to what was available for free.

That is why the LS high end diamonds have been so expensive the last 2 seasons. In previous years, there were so many 99OVR cards released within the first few days, no one cared about those high end LS cards with the exception of Trout, Judge, and Ohtani. SDS isn't releasing those 99 cards early any longer and it is overinflating the price of cards that will be useless after the collection.

Not always. It used to be a regular thing in the past though. My job requires a graveyard shift from 6p-6a and there are times that are unbelievably slow with nothing going on. We have our own lounge, and myself and another guy play so we kicked in and bought a PS5 to use at work.

Some people do get extremely lucky at times, and if you did, that is awesome for you. I am certain there is a very small percentage of those who are allegedly NMS, who have completed the collection or are very close to completing it w/o spending money because of a hot streak.

I have watched my notifications of friends on a hot streak where it was like every 3rd notification was a diamond pull.

I work full time as well, but occasionally have the time to play at work in our lounge area, but I just haven't been lucky with any good pulls thus far. I have 14 cards remaining and without pulling any, it will run around 2.3M stubs. Lots of grinding ahead of me.

I don't know about XBox, but that stuff doesn't work on the PS for the MLBTS games thankfully.
