@YOSHI24_XBL The "Pete Rose 15" thing is a woman who claims to have had a physical relationship with Rose when she was underage. These claims have not been verified nor substantiated in any way beyond her allegations and hearsay. These allegations were brought forth by John Dowd in 2017. So, even though Dowd had begun investigating Rose as early as 1988, these allegations were not made public for 42 years.

He may be guilty, he may not. Being guilty of gambling does not automatically make him guilty of anything else. The complete lack of any evidence is why no charges were ever filed.

Wander Franco, on the other hand faces a litany of charges beyond the Stat. charge. Additionally, there is a substantial amount of evidence to support his charges.

SDS not releasing dozens of 99 overall cards during the first month is the primary cause of this. The lack of those "high end" cards have placed a new dependency on mediocre LS cards. Never in the history of MLBTS has there been 3 LS cards selling for 200K plus at the same time. Not to mention the other 5 or 6 LS cards running anywhere from 130-200K or the several 86 overall cards that were running at 40K plus for quite some time.
Ohtani and Judge will stay elevated for a good part of the cycle because, like Trout, they are true gatekeepers for collections. An 86 overall Skenes card should have never been 60K, let alone considered a "gatekeeper" for the Central collection.
Once SDS starts releasing more of the upper echelon cards, most of the LS prices will tank just like always. The only difference is SDS has figured a way to increase their earnings by not flooding the game with those 99s of cycles past.

@sbchamps17_NSW I'm not sure what the cut-off date was, but I honestly didn't think I would get it. I completed the program Friday morning I believe and didn't get any notice or anything. Played off and on all weekend and still nothing. I completed the Sabathia mini seasons early Monday morning and went to open a few pack I received for completing that season and the packs were there and the Mays All Star card. I was definitely surprised but am glad I still was able to receive it. One less All Star card to complete the Rolen collection.

@Akhenaten1313_PSN If you complete the "Now & Later" program on last year's game, you will get the Mays All Star card.

I completed it the day I made the original post and received the packs and the Mays card sometime this morning.

Your argument could be attributed to a very large percentage of the cards SDS puts out. The Cycle has been accomplished less than 250 times in MLB history. Only 16 have been pulled off by a catcher. I'd say a paltry 86OVR card is an acceptable acknowledgment of the achievement. That's just my opinion though.

SD Studios cracked the stub windfall formula this year. By keeping all those high end 95+ cards that were always plentiful during the first days of past releases, they placed more value on mediocre LS cards that have skyrocketed in value. I don't remember ever having 2 cards over the 225K mark at one time, let alone 6 cards topping the 100K+ mark at once. I bet SDS has sold a significant amount of stubs compared to years past.

My apologies if this has been discussed but the map has been completed, but it says I have "154/155" territories conquered. The entire map has been completed and I keep getting a message stating "none of your territories are able to attack."

Anyone have any clue what the deal is?

I was thinking I had to play it multiple times. That seemed like the only option remaining. Thanks for clarifying.

So the program says I should have gotten a player or 2 like Cade Horton by completing the Shodown. I completed the Shodown but did not get those players. Do I need to play it again or what?

Cooperstown has made a LOT of money off both. If they are going to display those players' equipment and draw attention to their accomplishments as a way to make money, both should be allowed in.

It has been nothing more than HR Derby since '18 or '19.
All of these jacked up cards with completely unrealistic attributes has really hurt the game IMO.
I decided to not play much online this year and have only played around 15 RS games I believe, but nothing has changed. I played someone the other night and we scored 26 combined runs. I'd guess 20 were the result of HRs.
It seems like pitching just doesn't really matter a great deal, or atleast as much as hitting attributes do. There are some players that can hit any ball if they can reach it with their PCI.

Had it happen on many. You get the final reward, it's completed.

@Loyal-Wiglaf_XBL SDS has gone really overboard with their rankings. It really started in '19 IIRC. They wanted to pump out more content but there just aren't enough high end cards to make it feasible,
The solution, give out cards with completely unrealistic attribute rankings and give em' a fancy name like the "Kaiju" series or whatever that ridiculousness was last year.
It has made the game even more of a HR derby than it used to be.

HRs are great and all, but I'd like my baseball simulation game to actually play a bit closer to an actual simulation

@GoozeFn_PSN I could live with there being two seasons, with the first ending at the AS break or the TDL.
SDS still gets their seasons, but the players don't have to start over multiple times.

@BJDUBBYAH_PSN I am fully aware that I can use any card to play against the CPU.
I am also aware that I was wanting to play a few ranked games, so .......
