Match Making sucks. I’m not playing these goons with every hitter 200 home runs each, batting .450 with every hitter. As soon as that perfect perfect sound hits, I dashboard. Go play the other nolifes that spend 70 hours a day on the game.

You deserve a ban for dashboarding because its unsportsmanlike.
I did, however, enjoy playing the game more when I stopped forcing myself to play online.

Online has not and will not be for me

It has been nothing more than HR Derby since '18 or '19.
All of these jacked up cards with completely unrealistic attributes has really hurt the game IMO.
I decided to not play much online this year and have only played around 15 RS games I believe, but nothing has changed. I played someone the other night and we scored 26 combined runs. I'd guess 20 were the result of HRs.
It seems like pitching just doesn't really matter a great deal, or atleast as much as hitting attributes do. There are some players that can hit any ball if they can reach it with their PCI. -
Granted, there are a lot of HRs hit in this game... too many for my taste, but online play isn't always about scoring gobs of runs. I mostly play ranked, so maybe it's different with BR and events, but I usually score between 3 and 4 runs a game and usually give up between 3 and 4 runs a game (I'm not very good; I think I'm 174-145 overall).
I will definitely run into goons that eventually mercy rule me, but I use those as learning opportunities to see how long I can last... try different things until you keep it in the park more often than you were at the beginning... not saying you'll eventually beat those people (I don't), but some of the things I learned that worked to prolong their getting to a 10 run lead have worked pretty well against normies.

Get rid of the elevation boost online. The goons in this game do not need help.

@Dookie-Possum_XBL thats cause you're a [censored]. complain that people get better and you dont. yes thats their fault or MLB the shows. we match up 2 times, you quit before even a pitch was thrown. Sorry you're awful and dont want to get better.

Why would you continue to play modes that you know are purely arcade-based and then get angry when it plays exactly like it’s intended? Hey, Alexa, what’s the definition of insanity?
