I've been using anyone with a decent inside edge. It's worked out well for me so far in a small sample size. I think I'm 8-2 or 8-3. I only plan on playing until I get to 10 wins for a no sell Mookie. That way I can sell the one I already have, and lock in the no sell.

Are these intended freeze offs?

AJ Puk played in the majors 3 years straight, was on the 40 man each year and just got into the game this year in one of the last roster updates. I’d imagine it’s all about when the player joins the MLBPA.

I've noticed a bunch of changes to non Series 42 players that I can draft in showdown. I'm like wasn't so & so a xyz overall just a few days ago. Yes you know you've played way to much team affinity showdown when you notice a gold or silver players rating change 😂

The recent update allows you to pick what type of trophies you want clips for. The videos take up a good chunk of space and 99% of the time it's something I don't care about, so I switched it to golds and platinums only.

I think I did that as well. Luckily the trophy for the walkoff is a gold.

Last time they excluded First Party Sony games, but that was literally the weekend PS5 launched. MLB is also in a strange position, while it is Sony first party, it is also going multiplatform. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed yet though, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Sounds like the code is in the case.

I saw that when I started my Reds M2O. Of course they just HAD TO have Josh VanMeter and Kyle Farmer when you're trotting out Scott Schebler as a starting outfielder.

Yeah, just had one myself. I actually don't hate showdown, its just frustrating that I can't finish them. If I need 6 runs I can only score 4, if I need 14 I score 13.

i still really enjoy Showdown - you get good stuff along the way too if you play it through

conquest is absolutely horrible i just cannot get into this stupid mode and im the freak who got that 99 Joe Mauer card in 2017 by doing the full america map FIVE TIMES

it's a net gain on the end, I almost never lose stubs unless its a freak occurrence, its just frustrating to never get tge victory in the end. Also, I think I actually find the stage 1 showdown easier, whatever the settings that have pitching at, on veteran here they never throw things down the middle, but they don't throw enough balls to tire them out. I think I'd rather play the final showdiwn on all star.

just keep at it mate, patience is a virtue, don't skip any of the pre-missions before the final, get that run count up , use your best cards always - make sure to have a great SP 1 great RP (silver is cool enough I find), and also big hitters - hope this helps you !!!!
