I just got Beltran last night NMS, but the pack gods absolutely blessed me this year. Pulled Ohtani, Witt, Soto, and many other diamonds without buying a single pack in the pack shop or any stubs. Had to buy Judge, Ramirez, and Trout from the marketplace and that was only manageable because of my investments with the roster update. I can’t imagine doing the collections without having pulled Ohtani and Witt.

Given that it’s been this way since launch I’m starting to think it won’t be addressed. This has happened to me dozens of times and it’s really annoying, although it’s better than getting into freeze offs online I suppose.

Judge has already come down 70,000 stubs in the past half hour or so. I think I’m gonna keep waiting and hope the prices keep falling

Strange, I haven’t had a single one yet. Also tons of GGs from my opponents with none mentioning any lag, and not the slightest bit of lag on my end. It’s almost like you don’t know what you’re talking about.

See my previous comment for the exact router I bought. I have heard you can use any router with VPN capability, but I named the one that I purchased. Once it arrives, you just need to run an Ethernet cable from one of the two Ethernet ports on the T-Mobile modem to the Internet port on the router. From there, you just complete the basic router setup. This will be different depending on the router you buy, but with the TP-Link I bought, I did most of the setup through the TP-Link Tether app on iOS. Alternatively, you can use a web browser and go to http://192.168.0.1 and complete the setup there. Then you just go to advanced settings>VPN client and input your VPN information. Mine was NordVPN, so I signed in with my username and password. Then, you just need to download the config file for the server you want. In my case, NordVPN provides them all on their website under an OpenVPN tab on their site.

TP Link holds your hand through all of this step by step. Other routers might as well, I can’t comment on that. All I know is this worked for me, and the setup from taking the router out of the box to completing the VPN setup all took under an hour. I’m more than happy to answer any specific questions you have, or lend whatever further assistance I can if you can’t get this working.

I took okgo_XBL’s advice and purchased a VPN capable router on Amazon (I went with the TP Link AXE 5400). Once it arrived, I connected it to my T-Mobile box and ran through the basic setup. Next, I added my NordVPN account as a VPN client, and then chose a config file to put on the router. I can now play DD online when using my VPN router.

Its ridiculous that we T-Mobile users have to buy a new router and get a VPN account to play this game, but if you want to play DD with T-Mobile bad enough, this is the only fix I know of.

You just aren’t very bright, are you? First of all, I’m an attorney. I promise you I’m not hurting for money. Second, as I have said multiple times, my current Internet is a vast improvement over my former service. If I had fiber in my area, that would be a different story. Of course, if fiber were an option at my address I never would have upgraded to T-Mobile to begin with.

Sure, if any of what you said was true I would agree. However, my T-Mobile service isn’t “crappy.” It’s is a huge upgrade over my prior AT&T service. I have no lag when gaming, no buffering when streaming, and very fast upload and download speeds. The fact that SDS for whatever reason can’t get their game to work with T-Mobile doesn’t make them a bad service. It’s more of a poor reflection on SDS imo. If you haven’t tried their internet service, you really shouldn’t make assumptions and dump on it. But you do you bro.

Hey man, appreciate the help! Just ordered a VPN capable router to be delivered on Wednesday. Hopefully it all works out and the latency isn’t noticeable. But regardless, it’s better than the setup I have now!

Gonna have to disagree with you there. I’ve prestiged multiple times in Black Ops 6, never experienced one instance of lag, nor have I ever seen it in any replay clips or had any friends or other players comment on my connection. Like it or not, the simple truth is MLB the Show is the one and only game that doesn’t work on the service, and T-Mobile blames the devs. I tend to believe their right due to my experience with literally every other game in the world.

Buddy, I had ATT Fiber at my last address and loved it. I moved to a larger city and guess what, no fiber at this address. They kept my bill the same but my Internet was literally 10x worse. ATT strung me a long and said Fiber was coming for two years, and it never did. I switched to T-Mobile because the only other option was Comcast and I despise them. This T-Mobile internet is infinitely better than my former ATT service. The download speeds and upload speeds are better, and I have no buffering when streaming, and every other video game on every console I own works flawlessly. You just have no idea what you’re talking about. This is an issue on SDS’s side. Not T-Mobile.

It would be nice if a member of SDS would reply to this thread. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile internet a few months back. As it turns out, the MLB the Show franchise is the single video game series that does not work with T-Mobile Home Internet. You just get a “challenge failed” message every time. T-Mobile is putting all of the blame on the game developer and told me to reach out to them, so here I am. But from my research into the issue, others have brought this up in the past and all support tickets have been ignored. Please, someone comment on this. Say something, or better yet, fix it!

lol, I just shared this story to laugh it off and share a story with everyone. She is cuddled up with me on the couch as we speak.

You can’t make this up. Wife is getting ready for a shower leaving me with a baby on my lap and enough time to play a game of ranked seasons. While splitting time between the game and baby management, I throw a pitch. As the pitch is being delivered, my dog grabbed the remote and turned off the TV. By the time I got the remote and turned the TV back on, the batter was rounding third base for a two run inside the park home run as my outfielders stand lifelessly in the outfield.

Needless to say, I ultimately lost by two runs.

I think my mistake was factoring in the plus 6 for the monthly awards, which brings the total stars to 58. I thought that you needed 60 for Crochet, rather than 50. My bad!
