Or showing us proof. Plus calling it a suspension for 2 years? This game will be obsolete in less than a year. Are we banned for 2024? I can still play 22 with no issues.

No it’s only on 23. When 24 releases we won’t be banned on there

That link was to a CPU game. Why would that make a difference. I quit out of those all the time.

The team listed as CPU is The Eagles and that is SLAMMEDONTARMCS team. His opponent was Touchemall44 with the team name the Pelicans, which I don't believe is a Mini Season Team name.

Also at the bottom of the log it says

Blank Canvas (5279 ft elevation)
Hitting Difficulty is All-Star.
Pitching Difficulty is All-Star.
2023 Online Game

I don't believe Conquest or Mini Seasons are flagged as 2023 Online Games.

If its the same blank canvas as last year it's not an eligible online stadium though. That's the CPU farm stadium

Then their game logs are incorrect. And someone would need to find a way to prove it. I'm not defending them. I was curious and simply trying to find some logical reason for the bans.

The issue is they aren’t bothering to ask us for proof and due to the terms they don’t really have to. I could prove it wasn’t me playing. I can pull my time card from work showing I was not home playing at the time of the 0-0 games on 3-31. Also blank canvas is an offline only stadium

I can’t speak for everyone. Only myself. I know I didn’t cheat and it seems odd to me that this many people who have the same problem and would all persue it as much as we have if they actually did cheat

Your words and your game history are at odds on this one. I don't know which to believe but I can pretty much guarantee that SDS is going by the game logs..

On March 31 your game log shows something like 13 consecutive 0-0 games that are flagged as online play against other players. There is no indication that these are Mini Seasons games.

Here is one example against someone else who has complained on the forum about getting banned.

So, you'd probably need to convince them that your game logs are wrong, which might be hard since the 0-0 games in your history are not limited to a single day or instance.
The issue with that was that I was working. I didn’t get on at all Friday

I thought the same thing. So yesterday I dmed everyone I could find on here and I got one response which is as follows
“ Hi, as a developer I have no idea how the game is monitored and moderated, I don't have access to the people doing that job. I am sure the CS ticket is the best way to go, but I am sure they are busy and can take some time.”
When I explained the situation and that we had put in tickets and go nothing back I got another response saying they were gonna pass it on to someone higher up. So maybe there is hope for us after all

It did the same thing for me. It popped up like every other time yesterday and Tuesday. But today I tried 15-20 times and it didn’t come up once.

My fingers are crossed but I doubt it. Either make a new account and risk being banned again from trying to get around a ban. Or charge back on your card and get a refund

Odd it went from 2 days to 90 days and then 2 years.

Mine was at 2 years then 90 days then 2 years again

I just looked over my game logs and info. The Show.com says I have played 2 and a half hours of Franchise. I haven't even gotten past the choose your team screen in that mode. In addition I have 8 games that show a 0-0 score with no pitches being thrown. 2 of those were Mini Seasons restarts. 5 of the remaining games with a 0-0 score were games played while I was on a Bahamas Cruise ship. Wonder how I logged in for those games??

In the past I think mini season, and before that extra innings games would show up in your game log when other real players would go up against your team. I wonder if that is the issue here. Still wouldn't explain Franchise though. Do you have a linked account (Xbox to Switch or Playstation)?

I looked up someone's Mini Season game last night. That game showed the mini seasons fake team name on the Box score, did not show a user name for the other team, and did not list the game as a 2023 online game.

Yeah. Same here. I also talked to someone on twitter who got banned. Two days ago SDS lifted their ban and apologized. I’m hoping that we all get the same treatment. I highly doubt that those affected and on here looking for answers would waste our time if we knew we were guilty.
Same here. I spoke to someone who was banned for the same reason and they got a response to their ticket saying that there was a bug with mini seasons that made them appear as online against another user if it used their lineup as the opponent. But my issue is, why did one get resolved and the rest of us can’t even get an answer

What did you get banned for?

The ban is what others have reported since Monday on here. Win Trading/Account Sharing in the Battle Royale game mode. Never played in BR program and everything is offline. There is a suspicious user who played a game on my account, on rookie lever v CPU and lost 1-0, but other than that nothing else. I have no idea who this is and couldn't find this person when I clicked on their link.

As bad as it is, there’s no way they aren’t seeing it. Discussions about this have been at the top of 2 or 3 different boards since Monday evening and still nobody has gotten more than an Auto generated email. I’m not sure what we can do if SDS doesn’t even have the decency to have a real person work on it. People are still blaming mini seasons. Honestly if it was that I’m not sure why we would all get a response saying BR. Either there’s a lot of people lying on here which I don’t want to believe or the truly is a massive bug that needs to be corrected. I hate to do it but I’ve made the decision that im giving SDS a week to rectify the issue, and after that I’ll just file a chargeback with my bank. For the game, every stub purchase I’ve made. Not that it will make a difference to them but I can’t support a company that fails to support the people that keep them in business

Dude this is absolutely ridiculous. I know a lot of people aren’t going to admit guilt on here but it seems a lot of people on here are innocent. I mean if I had done something wrong I promise you I wouldn’t be wasting my time on here. I really hope this is fixed. I don’t want to go thru the whole fraud charge thing yet.
It wasn’t mentioned but I’ve got my fingers crossed this update that’s coming will fix it. Doubtful but very hopeful

They’re trying yes. And I know I can’t believe everyone on here. But 90% of the people who’ve gotten banned under the same circumstances as myself have never even played an online game

I agree. It’s not like I couldn’t create a new account and gameshare. If I really wanted to. I mean yea I’d lose a [censored] ton of progress. But we’re only a week in. I think I could catch up. I honestly don’t even care about the money I lost on stubs now. It’s just the principle behind it

I’ve done dozens of tickets. With only one auto generated response I’ve even messaged every dev on here and got nothing

Out of curiosity, how are you notified of a ban? Is it an email, do they put a new message on your PS/Xbox when you log in, both?

Mine was a message when I tried to load into DD
