So far I’ve seen at least 6 or 7 people on here and 10-12 on twitter all with the same problem. Played little to on online games banned for “win trading” and “Manny” the SDS bot responds to everyone saying almost the same thing

My guy I have been released from this ban! Hopefully you get out as well!

Was there anything special you did besides putting in a ticket? And oh btw I was only able to see the ban screen once. Any idea on how to get it to pop up again?

Also just checked mine and it was increased to 2 years now. Instead of 90 days

Dude this is absolutely ridiculous. I know a lot of people aren’t going to admit guilt on here but it seems a lot of people on here are innocent. I mean if I had done something wrong I promise you I wouldn’t be wasting my time on here. I really hope this is fixed. I don’t want to go thru the whole fraud charge thing yet.
It wasn’t mentioned but I’ve got my fingers crossed this update that’s coming will fix it. Doubtful but very hopeful

So I have been unable to connect to the servers the past two days. I tried everything. So I end up trying to connect via the game hub on ps5, and to my surprise I get a message saying I have been banned for 2 years. This has to be a mistake. I wouldn't even know how to cheat at this game (is it even possible) 95% of my time is spent playing RTTS. Can anyone here give me some guidance. I have put in multiple support requests, and messaged every social media account for SDS and MLBTS no avail. SOS PLZ HLP.

You can try submitting a ticket. Like the rest of us have. It more than likely won’t help. But it’s worth a shot

See….I would probably ride it out (although be very mad) if it was for 24-48 hours…However this says for 2 years…..

Agreed. I got the same. 2 years on Monday evening. A couple hours later it went down to 90 days. I’ve heard 2 outcomes after that from people banned on the same day for the same reason. I few were unbanned after 2 days. Others had the 90 day ban changed to 2 years. Sounds like it’s a 50/50 shot. If you submit a ticket all you’ll get is a cpu generated message. They won’t help in any way what so ever

How crappy is that? After all of the money, and time spent on this game in the past 10 years just to get an automated response? I mean this is [censored].

I agree. If you look in the diamond dynasty forum or the general forum there’s 4 or 5 topics full of people banned same reason. Many on the same day as myself. Same reasoning. Same auto generated response and there’s devs helping others with pointless topics but we get nothing. No real answer
