So far I’ve seen at least 6 or 7 people on here and 10-12 on twitter all with the same problem. Played little to on online games banned for “win trading” and “Manny” the SDS bot responds to everyone saying almost the same thing
My guy I have been released from this ban! Hopefully you get out as well!
Was there anything special you did besides putting in a ticket? And oh btw I was only able to see the ban screen once. Any idea on how to get it to pop up again?
Also just checked mine and it was increased to 2 years now. Instead of 90 days
Dude this is absolutely ridiculous. I know a lot of people aren’t going to admit guilt on here but it seems a lot of people on here are innocent. I mean if I had done something wrong I promise you I wouldn’t be wasting my time on here. I really hope this is fixed. I don’t want to go thru the whole fraud charge thing yet.
I agree. It’s not like I couldn’t create a new account and gameshare. If I really wanted to. I mean yea I’d lose a [censored] ton of progress. But we’re only a week in. I think I could catch up. I honestly don’t even care about the money I lost on stubs now. It’s just the principle behind it

It wasn’t mentioned but I’ve got my fingers crossed this update that’s coming will fix it. Doubtful but very hopeful -

I’ve done dozens of tickets. With only one auto generated response I’ve even messaged every dev on here and got nothing
If you did dozens of tickets for the same issue...and everyone else does the same thing in spamming tickets...doesn't it make sense that it takes them forever to get to any real issues since they have to figure out what is a new issue and what has been spammed? You guys just make things more difficult for them which only makes it more difficult on yourself and every one else who is putting in tickets to get an issue resolved!

I just looked over my game logs and info. The Show.com says I have played 2 and a half hours of Franchise. I haven't even gotten past the choose your team screen in that mode. In addition I have 8 games that show a 0-0 score with no pitches being thrown. 2 of those were Mini Seasons restarts. 5 of the remaining games with a 0-0 score were games played while I was on a Bahamas Cruise ship. Wonder how I logged in for those games??

Same here. Not the exact same, but it shows I played multiple mini seasons games when I have only played one maybe two.

My fingers are crossed but I doubt it. Either make a new account and risk being banned again from trying to get around a ban. Or charge back on your card and get a refund

It did the same thing for me. It popped up like every other time yesterday and Tuesday. But today I tried 15-20 times and it didn’t come up once.

Only downsize to a refund is that they usually lock the account once the refund is initiated. So if you play other games; they'll be gone. Along with your Xbox Live/Game pass memberships.
