Henderson might make my bench, but yah i agree these are lackluster. Then again maybe thats just because of the card design. At least Henderson is throwing a baseball.

The art is somewhat baffling. Like it’s a baseball game and generally baseball fans collected baseball cards of baseball players. I never wanted a baseball card because a player I liked was a pop culture figure.

The only thing I’ve had success with today without crashes is Conquest. And only after they released the Mariners one this morning. Still having the same issue as you in play Vs. Computer. But I did just play a second straight Conquest game and played through the Mariners one earlier. Really hope they fix this soon and tell us they did so we’ll know it’s not a waste to start a Vs. Computer game and play 8 innings for nothing

The game is still crashing endlessly today. Yesterday they pushed our server “maintenance” which would not fix crashing software. This isn’t a connectivity issue. Stop releasing content, stop posting on Twitter. Stop releasing content until the game can ACTUALLY BE PLAYED

@wingspan Physical cartridge and can’t get past first screen of DD. Once you try to launch the first moment on the tutorial it crashes. So you can’t even advance beyond the tutorial. As of 1 min ago, still an ongoing issue.

It’s happening to users on every system in various game modes. It’s not my game. It’s also a very well known issue at the moment.

So is the game still crashing at the end of Vs. Computer (and/or other modes) today? I don’t want to get to the 9th inning yet again to get an error screen when SDS has put out no info addressing a fix yet. This has been a well know issue across all platforms for a lot of players for days.

I guess I should correct myself. There is a note on the DD board as of about 12 hours ago. Nothing resolved yet but at least it’s noted

Had this happen 5 times now in the past two days since the last update. Playing on play CPU on Switch. This needs an immediate fix not a delay till next update.

In Vs. Computer basically when you get to the 9th your game just hard stops. It’s not disconnecting from the internet, the game just closes. Each console has a different error message. It was happening to me in Conquest as well but seems to ah e stopped, though another player said today how is still doing it in conquest too. I haven’t played mini season in 2 days but it was crashing there as well and one player on here said it did it during one of his moments in the new MA program. That one I haven’t been able to replicate but I doubt doubt it. Vs. Computer is the worst because you play 8 innings trying to get points for missions or XP and then it just closes so you basically just wasted the time for that full 8 innings

Well I wanted to provide a positive update. Played all the way through the Mariners conquest with no crashes. Decided the game must be fixed. Did a play Vs. Computer game, got the the 9th inning trying to get points for Topps Now, Mexico City and Monthly Award guys and…. It closed. This is ridiculous at this point.

Been asking this for the last day and SDS hasn’t even addressed it once. They even fixed a different issue with their new event when this has been known well before all the new content today and they’ve won’t stop putting out tweets and emails telling you to go play all the while, trying to play becomes more and more useless. Currently I’m managing to try some moments. That’s about what I can get through without consistent crashes in late innings

Arrgh. That's so frustrating to hear. I was just about to try a game again, but seems still not worth it. It'd be nice if SDS would at least acknowledge the problem so we know they're working on it. I guess we just keep submitting tickets each time it happens..

This is the most frustrating part. I’d rather they just announce the game is going down while they fix this major issue. Instead they’re just not acknowledging it at all. There’s 00% chance they aren’t aware that the game can’t function in like 25 different capacities right now.

@jpreziuso Saw this as well. Nothing functional as of yet. And yes, that is one of the most frustrating things is that there’s just never an acknowledgment that anything is wrong. So there’s also really no way to know when something has been fixed unless you just keep trying and trying

Ditto. Moment is broken. Hopefully they fix asap and don’t decide to wait till whenever the next scheduled update is like has happened in the past.

Set 6 reward path results in a ton of duplicate cards if you progressed through most of the previous sets. This is nice because even if they don’t bring top dollar you can quick sell some for 10,000 and at least utilize that in some other way. But for some odd reason some of the set 4 and 5 bosses can’t be sold. I’m not sure what the logic is here especially as the game is reaching its end. They’re essentially just a page we now have to stroll through in our duplicate inventory to get to the cards we can actually sell. I have Anthony Volpe’s finest card. It’s a good card. Thank you SDS. Now can I get rid of the other 4? These cards aren’t even eligible to exchange in any programs

This is so frustrating. I get it’s better than nothing, but there really should be a way to push awards through when there is a known issue and a specific trigger for that reward. It should not be up to the users to request the award for the program they completed.

In the left ear of Conquest you get a deluxe egg hunt pack three spaces to the right of the Marlins stronghold

Switch players can never purchase packs in the app. I’m sure this is a Nintendo thing but the systems are linked so it shouldn’t be so hard to fix. I don’t mean buying Stubbs either (which also can’t be done in the app) I mean if I already have Stubbs and go to the marketplace I can’t buy packs. This makes no sense at all. Why does the option exist?

Also the most basic functionality of having an “owned” or more importantly “not owned” filter in the market would make a big difference.
