Game has crashed twice on me now on PvsC. Last year we went through weeks on Switch where you could not play anything in Diamond Dynasty. Is this happening again?

@dmc04005_PSN this doesn’t seem to actually be the case. So far Red & Yellow seem to come from Conquest, Green & Blue from Diamond Quest Purple from Moments Orange & Pink possibly tied to multi player.

@dbub_PSN I read it has to be 20 speed or under. Someone mentioned Big Pappi as an option

In the left ear of Conquest you get a deluxe egg hunt pack three spaces to the right of the Marlins stronghold

I’ve pulled Tatis (recently) and Cole those are about my highest. But if you like the Rangers I’ve pulled Semien about 4 times now . He’s about a 3rd of all my diamonds so far lol

Why can’t Switch users redeem even free packs from within the shop in the companion app. This is the 4th year I’ve had this game and have never been able to do anything in the shop from within the app.

I’m guessing if you finished it early on you got the short end of the stick. I finished it right away after it was launched and nothing hours later. So now apparently if you’re in that boat you have to submit a ticket

This is so frustrating. I get it’s better than nothing, but there really should be a way to push awards through when there is a known issue and a specific trigger for that reward. It should not be up to the users to request the award for the program they completed.

Ahhh bummer. I mostly play offline and since it popped up while playing I did that Conquest quickly after it came online, but then I went to add him to my team and that wasn’t even an option.

So I completed the Conquest map for Jackie Robinson day and Smith is nowhere to be found in my inventory??

So in addition to everything else going on, accounts are duplicating in some way. Maybe this is just for us Switch users. Maybe it has deeper ties to other issues. But I’m posting this not from the app but from the web. All my info is correct as it is in the game. But posting from here it shows this as a different profile than if I play from in the app.

@wingspan Physical cartridge and can’t get past first screen of DD. Once you try to launch the first moment on the tutorial it crashes. So you can’t even advance beyond the tutorial. As of 1 min ago, still an ongoing issue.

@DugoutDirtbags I have a physical cartridge which I purchased on launch day so doesn’t seem to have to do with when or which version

No fix which likely means another entire day because they usually announce an update will happen overnight if they find one. Really hope if they do they just push it immediately. What a frustrating launch

About 30 min ago still no fix. March to October is about the only option I can play

I guess I should correct myself. There is a note on the DD board as of about 12 hours ago. Nothing resolved yet but at least it’s noted

@jpreziuso Saw this as well. Nothing functional as of yet. And yes, that is one of the most frustrating things is that there’s just never an acknowledgment that anything is wrong. So there’s also really no way to know when something has been fixed unless you just keep trying and trying

To add to the fun I just tried to see the shop in the companion app and it says oh you need to finish the the in game tutorial before you can do anything here
