They did a 30/30 milestone card for Shawn green??? Are u serious??? I love that they’re doing single game feats for some of the milestones, but how do they miss this one?! When I saw they were doing single game I immediately thought of the eventual 99 Shawn green for his 4 homer game…guess that’s not happening

Best thing to do is always use ur lowest starting pitcher Bc they’ll then use their lowest. Only steal as many fans as u have to for the missions. If ur using guys u want to have paralleled, go off but if not, get like 3 runs then just bunt for the last AB’s. Try to get enuf fans to do veteran at the very least, u don’t need to stock up fans to play on rookie

you’re on the money with this one. last year I got that 99 papi as soon as I could but once I got him I couldn’t hit for [censored] online. Eventually bought him back later in the year and hit a little better but still not enough to stick with him

Maybe (like stats) they're planning on diamond numbers exceeding 100 this year. I actually don't think so, but just throwing that out there.

Won’t go past 99 overall since the super Fractor (or whatever it’s called) upgrades don’t go past 99. Eventually there will be 99’s that are basically better than that and might as well be 100 ovr, but they’ll still be 99 overall

Surprisingly 99 Mo. most of my bullpen arms are very consistent for me and can do well without needing to strikeout the side. But for whatever reason, I get loads of K’s with Mo. it just happens after I let up hit after hit after hit. Want to get a few more outings with him before I decide to sell so he can redeem himself it’s mainly the sinker. It either sinks way too down out of the zone or doesn’t break at all

DEFINITELY not 120. You should just get to 50. My advice is do some of the moments so u don’t have to do nearly as many exchanges and just go from there. As for the second thing u should get, I did HR derby last night to finish it off (was hoping the fifth POTM would give a voucher but nope) and it cost me only about 250k, but I already had cano, so it brings it to about 300k. The prospect cards have shot up too much in price recently and Franco isn’t even usable, whereas you could still have some fun with Griffey if you really wanted to

I believe they’re In the 7th inning collections, but they may be in the 8th. Check 7th first tho

I been a fan of the vast majority of the events this year (current one not exactly my cup of tea), but there are definitely some ways to improve. Would like to hear what anyone else thinks can be improved or if they agree.

-Save the lineup from the previous entries but still allow for modification (really helps If u go over the max overall by default)
-make the stadiums represent the event. I like what they’re doing for this event with the locked stadium. And most people chose shippett for moonshot, might as well set it in stone
-make more rewards that can be used. Instead of bundles that don’t really amount to much, maybe a custom bat or socks that pay homage to the event
-lastly, make for more variation so we don’t have cards collecting dust. I liked the prospect of using only sig cards in the signature event, but by the end of it, people were just using most of the players on their RS teams anyway. I’m all for grinding out cards thru events, however, I think this would make things a bit more fun and less predictable

Probably next Monday since they usually do 2-3 weeks between BR and RS rewards

I picked him up and he is one of my best hitters. Lots of extra base hits, great average, and obviously the defense is ridiculous. Love his arm

There's a great chance it's Manny Ramirez. They seem to emphasize the 99 part, so maybe they're thinking of the jersey number 99 in addition to the overall. And as for the steroid issue, they have Piazza and Giambi in, so adding in Manny shouldn't be an issue

I'm not normally one to complain on here, but I have no issue pointing out flaws that can be fixed. It's no secret that this game has some things which can be easily fixed. So how about making one thread that everyone can use to voice which aspects they find troubling? Here are a few that I think most people would agree need to be fixed sooner rather than later:

-Make MTO double points again. Better yet, just make that the standard. They take way too long to do and aren't that worth it. The showdowns are all so different that it's hard to grind them out. There is literally no reason why the MTO point system is what it is
-Fix good/good's. Attributes only play so much of a role. With perfect/perfect's, it honestly doesn't matter who you have hitting unless they have 22 power. If you get a perfect/perfect with anyone above like 50 power, chances are that's a home run. So how come when we get good wood on something that isn't quite a perfect/perfect, it's a pop up to second base, even if the batter is, say, Nolan Arenado?
-Fielding is so much better now than it was a few weeks ago, but there are still some issues. One issue I had before the patch and still have is turning double plays. I have Arenado at third, and you're telling me that on a slow roller right to him where he doesn't have to move, he misses an easy throw to second? It's a problem I've run into quite a bit. It's not that big a deal, but it still messes up the rhythm and flow of the game.

These may not apply to everyone, but I've seen a fair amount of mentions for these things. If it seems like I'm complaining, then sure, I'm complaining. But if you agree with this, make it relevant so SDS can see and hopefully implement these or any other bugs or mishaps you guys think should be fixed.

Never done collections in prior games, but today I said [censored] it and have about 11-12 teams done and no less than 10 cards per team so far. Any tips on how to best do them? Like, should I be doing them at night since they're cheaper, do I hold off on locking in high diamonds and focus on cheaper diamonds, anything helps, really. I'm just winging it at this point

then in that case, one of the FS outfielders would probably be a better move. i'd assume one of the 3rd inning bosses is going to be an outfielder, so you could just sit on the stubs until they're revealed and u can determine if they're worth the time and stubs
