Im usually a lurker here, reading posts. Maybe my first post.

I think i have to hang it up. I reached World Series multiple times last year and can’t get to it this year at all. After reading here and watching YouTube for tips, I get into these horrible slumps where I can’t touch a fastball. Meanwhile Im facing baseball terminators every game that mash everything, I can’t understand it. I bought a monitor and to be honest my batting average is the same or even worse coming from my 55 inch Sony TV. All this combined with the rng in this game is headache inducing and I can’t for the life of me understand why Im playing so bad.

Thanks lol, I’m an Xbox guy but I love the Show and baseball so I have a PlayStation just for that. I usually try to decompress playing COD but that gets sweaty Lol. I usually take breaks and get back on the show after a couple of hours. I’m starting to think this whole monitor stuff is overrated. I honestly don’t see a difference. My tv is fairly new, I bought it last year. I think getting a monitor definitely applies to those guys that have an old tv with bad input lag. I think some of the newer TVs are made for gaming in mind and have a dedicated game mode to reduce the input lag.

    RE: Trout collection *Help*

Ended up doing the remaining 25 teams Up to 50TA points for the 30 face of the franchise players. Got about 150k left. I guess I’ll just wait until a conquest map or something comes out that lowers the homerun derby players a bit. Thanks to all for the different suggestions

I got like 330k In stubs. Unfortunately that won’t be enough to complete derby and prospects

    RE: Trout collection *Help*

So should I go all the way to 120 on 25 teams on team affinity or just to 50 to get the stage 1 FOTF for those 25 teams?

    Trout collection *Help*

Im 13/15 on trout. Now I’m stuck, I don’t know what other one to do, I have 330K stubs but I need two out of Future stars, Diamond prospects, Home run derby, Face of the franchise or Post season. I only have like 5 FOTF players and I’m not really close to any other teams on team affinity. Any tips or advice on what I should do next?

Yea just looking for some answers, I know I’m good enough, I’m very competitive and it kills me when I’m playing this bad. I know dudes aren’t that much better than me but I guess it’s just levels to this thing. Knowing I made World Series last year multiple times and not making It this year is what’s really annoying me. I’m hitting a paltry 263. I play against some guys where everyone in their lineup hits over 350. At least. God forbid I hit over .300 as a team. And someone help me get Larry walker Out please!!
