The guys are right, I've noticed xbox players just sit and hunt fastballs and are hardly ever late like playstaion players usually are. Not sating they are better, but it is absolutely absurd to allow one console such a huge advantage in online competive play then just sit back and not at least communicate.

I've made my post to fill out the wall of hundreds. I wanted to get it off my chest as well. Tonight was the first time I played online since all this happend and again, people are correct, the difference is immense.

And before the trolls chime in with their git gud nonsense I've played 4 games online tonight and won all of them. You can be good at the game and still want it to be better. Except in this case we aren't asking for better, we are technically asking for equal.

Xbox does, and has been, getting online 120. Playstation is capped at 60

Do we really know this for sure? I’ve switched from ps5 to x but I’m not certain you’re getting 120. Can we get some sds confirmation?

So my monitor supports VRR and 120hz and everything else. It also has an FPS counter which displays the current amount of frames. I've been playing for a few hours and the results are interesting, very good actually. But what IS weird, is that during gameplay the framerate hovers around 60fps - which is what you'd expect. Yes you “link” your accounts and everything transfers. Just make sure your TV or monitor supports 2.1 hdmi and all of the modern specs.

Buy a LG tv that supports 2.1 hdmi and all the modern specs. I’m not certain you need a HD monitor. You’d get more use out of the TV.

If SDS supports VRR for X, then they will for PS5. It may take a little while since Sony just started rolling out the VRR update today.

I don’t think it’s a Sony thing, I think it’s a hardware thing.

VRR as a whole is not yet supported for playstation, and yes the update this morning does allow us to play on 120hz but it only works offline for now.

The Chapman card may actually be due for a lightning card. He has a 0.00 era in 22 over 6 innings pitched. That card would be juiced!

I played offline and it was great. Can’t comment on DD because I was offline only. Didn’t start DD till 19.

I used wired connection, but when I Tested my connection I have

47 download
6.1 mbps upload

Did the ol’ turn router off and back on now It’s:

Yet way more than capable of handling online play. Back in my broke AF bachelor days I had 5 down and 1 up and regularly had no issues nor complaints playing this or other MMO's

Your opponents probably hated you. This game is all about timing. It's not like playing pacman online. A split second throw a things off

Like I said, never had any complaints about it being glitchy or laggy from my opponents. You def don't need stupid fast internet to play. For online gaming, .5 up and 2 down will even work without any trouble. Your speed doesn't affect your opponent's...just how long they're waiting for you...

What can I do to improve? I’m wired with expensive Xfinity in a wealthy neighborhood.

You may not have the 1GB service. Do you have it?

I go with the five minute rule. After 5 minutes I quit. In one right now. How is this still a thing?

Trout is usable in any event or RS game. I’d go trout.
