Yelich,Griffey,Harper and Jimmy Rollins all have great swings. For some reason lefties always have better swings. Not just in game but in real life too.

I didn’t exactly answer your question. A good swing doesn’t have a lot of hiccups in it. Meaning there isn’t a lot of extra movement. Just a clean fast swing that generates a lot of power and contact.

Yeah. Pitch repertoire is a huge part of pitching. Most hitters can hit a pitch if you keep throwing the same thing. Sit fastball or sit breaking ball and eventually you’ll have luck. A guy like Al Leiter who mixes speed,location and break type is hard to hit because of the uncertainty and incredible break. Not saying he’s the best pitcher in the game but he’s up there and has the best pitch mix IMO.

I feel like Pablo Sandoval was highly underrated. Every stat with Pablo is higher than I had with Chipper. I know it’s probably just because I’m more comfortable with his swing but regardless he’s legit. I’m sure some of you don’t have him because he was part of the daily moments a while ago. Maybe they’ll re-release him at some point. Give him a chance. Super good. His defense is crazy too. Diving stops. Kind of thought this would be worthy of discussion. He is perennially good in real life but has had a relatively quiet year. Kind of was looking for a small debate on if he deserves one.

He’s a great ball player. I wouldn’t mind seeing a high diamond card from him. When he was still a 90 overall love series card I did really well with him. His speed is awful though.

I pulled Nate Pearson in the headliners double pack. First try. Then I bought 3 more and got nothing lol.

They did the same with Pedro, Soriano, and probably will with Aaron. Begged and pleaded for them to be in the game, but they arent "meta" enough so they are Ls.

That Hank will be in my lineup probably until I stop playing. At least if he plays like his 94.

I’m a Cards fan but sometimes I put together O’s teams just cuz I like the jersey combos.

I want to see a game at that stadium. I would love to visit so many MLB stadiums. Unfortunately, I don’t know how many I will get to see. It’s hard for me to travel these days.

I can relate. I just had a liver transplant and wasn’t able to travel for a while. I have been to a few Os games this year. I’ve always said if I get the opportunity I will rent an RV and travel with friends from one stadium to the next until I see them all. Obviously that hasn’t happened to but I’ve been to Orioles,Phillies,Nationals,Rays,Yankees and Cardinals stadiums. Next one I’d like to see is either Boston or San Fran maybe,

Pudge is the total package imo.

You wanna know what’s weird? I was excited for that new Pudge card because I thought the other card of his was pretty good. Almost like the reverse splits of Posada. For some reason though I can’t get my timing with the new card. I keep trying him because he has the catcher pop time quirk and Adley doesn’t but I haven’t hit well with him yet.

It’s weird because I was really excited about the new Pudge because I actually liked the other Pudge. It was like the reverse stats of The 95 Posada. For some reason though this new Pudge I can’t seem to get into a groove with. Is his swing different in this one? Seems off. I really want to like him because he has the catcher pop time quirk like all star JT(might be best catcher in the game). Adley has been a stud for now. I will try Pudge again for sure but so far no good,

The other main factor as to why I've been using him now is the speed. 70s speed at the catcher position is huge IMO. No need to pinch run for him late in games. No need to sub him out defensively late in games, since his fielding and arm are elite. No need to carry another catcher on the bench. Frees up a bench spot for another bopper or speed guy.

That’s why I loved JT.

Adley is king in my opinion. Switch hitter, can field and throw runners out, hits everything in sight for XB's. Realmuto is a close second.

I agree, All Star JT is unreal. It’s either him or Adley would be my top 2 choices. Posada is pretty underrated as well.

I tried him out in the Showdown and I wished I had of picked him. May as well buy him

I’m batting over .400 with him with some bombs. I hit for the cycle the second game with him. His speed seems higher than 80 also. Plus he’s a switch hitter.

Boggs might be the best TA4 player. Mantle and Honus are obviously good. Rollins might be the most underrated.

For a free card it looks pretty good tbh. 125 hits per 9,117 k per 9. Plus a 5 pitch mix. I’m all in.
