For the Moonshot program one of the missions is to hit HR's with batters who have less than 75 power. Does anyone know if this needs to be from both sides? Like if a player has 74 power vs. right but 80 power vs left does it count? Does he have to be facing a righty for it to count?

I completed this with Monthly Award Jeff McNeil has 125 vision and a nice left handed swing.

I've never noticed any way to increase control other than training.

Got mine done in two swings as well. Not as bad as some others.

You are half correct and half incorrect. The patch included both a fix for the RTTS CAP XP Glitch AND a fix for the Intentional Walk Freeze Off.

As for other freeze offs; chances are they are not caused because someone did something intentional. It's because something unintentional happened and it's a bug.

Freeze offs like that CANT be fixed unless people start submitting bug reports to SDS

There’s YouTube videos that address how to do this and it helped me be able to play my CAP at catcher

I've pulled Scherzer, Verlander, Trout, Bellinger, and as of last night, Arenado twice from these BiaH packs (TA3 rewards). Ive also packed quite a few other diamonds as well. Before the TA3 packs, I think I pulled 2 diamond players out of them though.

Just to prove it wasn’t a total fluke, can you try it again and see if you also get it done in like 50 minutes? Should be no problem for a stud like you.

To be fair, I also aced a few challenges on the first attempt that drove some others crazy in the past few years. Two XBH with weak-hitting JP Crawford in one game, or four hits, a run, 2 RBI In a game with Neil Walker... but I never said it wasn’t tough. I just knew I had some luck.

Of course there are some tough moments... There are at least five threads here complaining about this one though. Seems like people don't want challenges, and then they blame SDS. Crazy.

The problem is that any player with a sub 80 power rating is almost immediately useless. The way the game is set up power is the only thing that matters. Contact helps, but with no power you're just at too much of a disadvantage

Well the problem is most cards sit in that mid power where its not enough to do anything but enough to pop out or something. That 93 Gwenn has like 30 power and is a hitting machine. 98 Wade Boggs is the same way. its the 50-70 power guys that just suck hitting with.

I’m with you, but I have a few hundred k stubs worth of flashback and legend cards I can just sell back if it never happens. A lot is fairly cheap too. Only thing crazy priced is the early program golds going for 10k. Other than that you can get 99 Scott for 18k and 96 Molitor for 7k.

This was actually one of the easiest programs all year for me I had all the moments done in about an hour, then got a shutout on my first try playing the pirates on all star Barely even broke a sweat 🙂

these moments were pretty easy. Only one I remotely had an issue with was facing Snell, which basically meant I waited until the third inning to get my 18 runs

Or have a “play next game” option like they have in RTTS so you don’t even have to return to the home page
