Since I got my son the show 23 it has not been able to connect to the server and any game mode they requires online does not work. I finally heard back from the show support who says: “ It looks like you have reported a fraudulent charge for an MLB The Show purchase. Your account has a suspension placed by your console due to this opened fraudulent stub purchase report. You will need to contact your console support for additional information and help with this matter.”
I contact PlayStation support who say my account is fine with no fraudulent flags or activity on it. I tend to believe them because all other games work fine.
How can I get the show to fix this???
Playstation has nothing to do with SDS. If there is a van on your account, die to fraudulent stub purchasing, it was issued by SDS. Not by Playstation.
You will have to submit a ticket to SDS
