mine says the same, haven't even played the game (and 22 worked fine). How do you guys log in and see if and how long you are banned for? OP says "connected via the game hub" what does that mean?

same problem for me, been several weeks with no help from SDS support, really not sure what more we can do - really sux because without being logged in half the game modes dont work

Playstation has nothing to do with SDS. If there is a van on your account, die to fraudulent stub purchasing, it was issued by SDS. Not by Playstation.
You will have to submit a ticket to SDS
I agree and that’s what I did about 2 weeks ago. SDS finally replied and said I had to contact PlayStation support who of course said to contact SDS. I’m in a loop with extremely delayed replies

Do you mean in the PS5 settings or in the game itself? In the game itself, I can't see anywhere to view my account info or login details. In the top left I can click on "My Profile" and it does have a PlayStation logo next to it, but anything I try to in there will push me back to the main menu.
In the PS5 account settings it looks good, and I would think we would have issues in other games if it wasn't.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas. My son has always played The Show games year to year without issue. This year for his bday we got him 23. The game downloaded and installed fine as expected but it would not load into the game after the first cut scene, just sat there playing the playlist. After much head scratching I finally got it to load by turning off internet on the PS5, so it seemed it had no connectivity so couldn't load the game. Once I did this, and the game loaded once, I was able to turn the internet back on and the game loaded fine. However, the big box on the main screen says there is an error connecting to the server, and if we try go to any online game mode like Diamond Dynasty, even negro leagues, it just pushes us back to the first menu. Only offline modes are working.
I have reboot router, connected to my phone, and we have no other issues with internet with any other game on the PS5 or any other device at home on the internet.
Does anyone have any ideas? I have submitted a ticket but never heard back, I am not sure what else to try.
