Banned for what?

You can try submitting a ticket. Like the rest of us have. It more than likely won’t help. But it’s worth a shot

See….I would probably ride it out (although be very mad) if it was for 24-48 hours…However this says for 2 years…..

Agreed. I got the same. 2 years on Monday evening. A couple hours later it went down to 90 days. I’ve heard 2 outcomes after that from people banned on the same day for the same reason. I few were unbanned after 2 days. Others had the 90 day ban changed to 2 years. Sounds like it’s a 50/50 shot. If you submit a ticket all you’ll get is a cpu generated message. They won’t help in any way what so ever

I agree. If you look in the diamond dynasty forum or the general forum there’s 4 or 5 topics full of people banned same reason. Many on the same day as myself. Same reasoning. Same auto generated response and there’s devs helping others with pointless topics but we get nothing. No real answer

Mine shows can’t connect to the server when I start the game up. Is that the same as getting banned or will another message show up ?

mine says the same, haven't even played the game (and 22 worked fine). How do you guys log in and see if and how long you are banned for? OP says "connected via the game hub" what does that mean?

It all depends on what you were banned for. SDS bans, for things like Market Manipulation or Win Trading, are usually lengthy (Like the whole year)

@Kovey16_XBL i am banned to for charge back every time I submit a ticket I keep getting the same automated response back saying I’m banned from only PlayStation which isn’t true only from mlb it’s annoying how bad there help team is
