So I’m currently in double a with the cubs. Have had this player for a week or two. Seiya Suzuki just got added to the game. Is there a way to get him onto the big league squad to play with him when I make it to the majors? Or would I have to start over?

From my understanding, Suzuki needs to play 5 innings in North America in order to be eligible for his name and likeness to be used. Once the first game of the season is played, you will likely see him in the next roster update. You may notice you can't purchase his jersey yet in the team store, unless you customize one. Should expect him soon.

But I believe I saw a picture of them selling his jerseys at ST in the team store. Who knows

So I’ve been pretty inactive on here, therefore this might have been asked. But will the king himself Seiya Suzuki be in MLBTS22? It worries me how shogo akiyama wasn’t in it for a bit. Does this mean I’ll when to wait for the Suzuki cards?

Do I get bonuses for pre-ordering the game physically, or only digitally?

Sounds like the negotiations are “moving along”. At least more than before!

I know this is unpopular opinion, but I’m glad Bonds and Clemens didn’t get in. IF Ortiz did sterilizes (never confirmed like the other two were) he stopped before he was actually good. Bonds and Clemens took them while they were good.
When I went to the HOF in November I thought it felt very “Holy”
Yes, I know some people have gotten in after using PEDs. But these two players did it KNOWING it was against the rules. I personally am glad they didn’t get in. I am prepared for the hate I am about to receive.

Just played one of my most fun games of the year and it was a 2-0 loss.
Ryan vs Burns for him. 6-5 hits, lots of hard contact, he was just a bit better and ranked a little higher (750 to my 675).
I don't mind losing if my opponent plays straight up and with respect.

Yeah. And I played three games after that. The first one is a rage quit. Second is a dashboard. Third he took as much time in the pause menu and waiting to pitch that he could. I had some hope for this community. Nope. Lol

Wow. Next game? They rage quit when I get three hits. My goodness.

That's what bums me out this year. No stamina loss on pitchers using pin point. Pretty bad oversight. You should be facing a closer, not a full stamina DeGrom throwing 102 in the bottom of the ninth. Pathetic.

I didn’t mind it. He was only at like 80 pitches because I wasnt patient. Not his fault I can’t hit. Lol
But yeah I get you mean. I use pure analog because I couldn’t figure pinpoint out. Lol

I was obviously a little angry. But, I had a blast. I would have preferred losing to this guy then a guy who bunts all the time, and does dumb stuff like that. This was a very respectable game, which is pretty rare nowadays.

Edit: oh, and you would want to face me. I may be really good at pitching, but I STINK at hitting. So bad at it. This was a rare game of insane pitching from me. Lol

This game's franchise mode is never going to approach the depth or complexity of Out Of The Park. People have been complaining about trade logic for years.

The problem is that out of the three main modes (DD, RTTS and Franchise) franchise is the least played and has the least potential to earn them extra money beyond the initial purchase of the game. I don't ever expect to see the franchise mode get much deeper than it is currently.

I know it wont be close, but this is awful.

I love OOTP, mainly for it being so real. You aren't gonna fleece someone with a trade.

I sent the offer immediately and it was accepted. But then I realized "This is gonna be boring fast."
I wanted to go with the 2021 Cubs (Yikes) and see if we could do good. If not, I trade everyone for a bunch of prospects.
Oh yeah, that's another thing. Why can I not trade for any prospects. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't think I am. This season in the MLB, the Cubs traded for Pete Crow-Armstrong and Kevin Alcantara, among others. Then why can't I trade for those prospects, or other young prospects? This is just another reason to have OOTP and MLBTS combine for the best franchise mode in any video game history. Easy. AND you can play with that team? YES PLEASE.
Is there something I'm missing? Ngl, I'm hoping there is.

I know it's been a rough year, but we're almost done.
