Checked and still have my cards, but lost completed missions, lost XP points, etc., etc... Now I only have just the remaining hours to complete what I already almost was done with. I literally only needed 25,000 XP to complete this challenge. Happened to me too.

I just watched the video and that is exactly what happens. Heck, sometimes they dive back into the base on a grounder.

Right..sometimes it happens on two outs and other times it happens with less than 2 outs and a clear ground ball is hit and the runner at first goes back. The D turns a double play and the runner on first is still standing there.

I played a fair number of conquest games and never seen this happen. Did you accidentally hit a button to make them return to the bag?

No.......I had one last night with the bases loaded and a ground ball (not a one hopper, just a normal ground ball) and all three runners dove back to the base.

So, when playing against the computer in conquest, Showdown, with a runner on base, I hit a hard ground ball and the runners(even when a force play) run back to the bag. This happens on auto and manual settings. WHY? It cost me a showdown and other wins over time. HELP.

I have been asking for the DH for a few years. No matter what MLB does, the DH is needed in MLB the Show. Let's get this done. Simple change and GOOOO.

I don't know. Fernando was well known for the ground ball. And as I have played, I haven't seen many pitches above the mid thigh.

OK, now I am upset about this thing. Finished the First Inning Showdown only to have the server crash and it not count. I don't have much time to play so to commit 60-90 minutes to a showdown or time to any mission and WIN, but have it not count and not gain any XP or any other progression is a problem.

It's a trade off, though. Directional doesn't guarantee good contact even with perfect timing. With PCI, your contact is guaranteed if you are skilled enough. Plus, there are players that play this game for fun and aren't that good or competitive, but want to play online and enjoy the game.. Just my opinion

Amen. I posted something similar. I'm lucky to play 8 hours/week. But I want to get some form of compensation for missing XP and lost packs.

I'm sure this has been posted somewhere, but the XP points it shows I am receiving after a game or a mission aren't the same that are actually hitting my running total. It will say, for example, I am to get 3600 but I only get 3000; or I am to get 950 and I get 200. I'm not to the point of frustration of many. I understand sh-t happens. I'm just hoping that the company will realize the inconvenience it has cause to loyal players of this game and truly provide a worthy compensation, particularly rewards of games/missions that may expire. I'm not someone who plays hours and hours per day, so I don't have time to get cut off from the server or be shorted what I have earned.

Yes you keep your progress. XP is hit a miss with some.

OK....I just tracked some progress...for example, I was 120,000 XP, played a RS game, and at the end it said I earned 3600 XP, but my total was only 123,000. ????
